Nice Pam Hotel

The hotel is spacious and air-conditioned. Nothing to complain about, everything is clean, and even the restaurant is good. Get there early though, as there are only 22 parking spaces!

The hotel boasts a unique decor. Although the rooms are small, they are well-equipped with all the essentials, and the facilities generally meet needs. The communal water dispenser in the hallway offers both iced water and sparkling water. The hotel's location is a peaceful retreat amidst the hustle and bustle, yet it's conveniently close to the tram, Nice Riquier train station, and the bus stop for Eze village. There's also a Carrefour supermarket right next door. I stayed for five nights and experienced the breakfast, dinner, and bar. The choices were plentiful, the food delicious, and the prices reasonable. The staff were very welcoming; when I accidentally spilled my drink, they proactively offered a replacement. The atmosphere is very relaxed, and communication was seamless (though knowing some French certainly helps!).

The hotel has a lovely Californian vibe, not far from the Old Town. There are plenty of amenities nearby, including a Carrefour supermarket, pharmacy, bars, and restaurants. It's about a 10-minute walk to Nice city center's train station, making it very convenient for visiting surrounding towns.

The family room was huge, very new, and spotlessly clean – exactly like the pictures! Plus, the bathroom mirror had a light, which was perfect for doing makeup. On the corridor, there's a water dispenser with iced, sparkling, and room-temperature water, which was a dream come true for a water lover like me. The front desk service was excellent and very patient. When I picked up my luggage, I noticed they even remembered me. Right behind the hotel, across the street, there's a Carrefour where I stocked up on cheap cheese, champagne, and red wine.

Excellent hotel with a fantastic location! Our room was upgraded to a more spacious one, and we were able to check in early (at 1 PM). The front desk staff was very courteous and friendly. Breakfast was quite tasty. The hotel itself has a fun and colorful design, and the room has everything you need (fridge, tea, and coffee are also provided). First off, the location is absolutely unbeatable, making it super convenient to explore Nice's Old Town and surrounding attractions. I made sure to book ahead this time, and the room was spacious and bright, exuding a luxurious French charm. During the day, I loved sitting on the balcony, basking in the sun while gazing at the sparkling Côte d'Azur. In the evenings, a drink accompanied by the sea breeze was pure bliss! The hotel's service also deserves a huge shout-out; the staff were warm, professional, and even thoughtfully arranged a room with a fantastic view during check-in. The in-room amenities were excellent – the bedding was soft and comfortable, the bathroom clean and tidy, and they even had thoughtful touches like an electric clothes drying rack. If you don't feel like venturing far, the hotel's own restaurant and poolside offer a wonderful ambiance. Plus, there are tons of dining options nearby; whether you're craving authentic Niçoise cuisine, exquisite French dishes, or just a simple burger or pizza, you'll find something within a few minutes' walk. Overall, while it wasn't the cheapest, it was definitely worth every penny. If you're looking for a romantic getaway in Nice, choosing this place is a no-brainer – you won't be disappointed!

The hotel's decor is quite unique and fresh, making for a pleasant stay. While there's no hotel parking, you can find free street parking overnight, as street parking is free after a certain hour. You'll need a car to get to the beach or into town, as it's a bit of a distance, or you can take local public transport. Our car was broken into in Nice, in broad daylight at the Parc de la Colline du Château parking lot, around 10 AM, with many tourists around. So, it's crucial not to leave any luggage in your car when parking, as car break-ins are very common. We thought it would be fine in broad daylight, but our car was broken into in less than an hour, and a bag was stolen.
