I woke up in the middle of the night to find a bedbug crawling all over me and under the covers. I turned on the light, but it scurried away so fast I tried to swat it but failed and it scurried under the bed. The next day, I broke out in several large, painful, and itchy blisters. The receptionist even said, "Why didn't you call for help when you found it last night?!" In the middle of the night! Were you supposed to be half-asleep and ask the receptionist to crawl under the bed to look for the bedbug? What a terrible experience!

The hotel front desk was friendly and welcoming, but the facilities in the room were average, not dirty but not very clean either. Because of the garden, there were flying insects, so the windows needed to be closed. The price-performance ratio was average.

We only stayed one night and did not book breakfast. The welcome upon arrival was excellent. Nice and clean room, fantastic shower. The only inconvenience was the bathroom exhaust fan which was very noisy, unfortunately we realized it at 11pm and so we preferred not to call anyone and with the bathroom door closed it was a little less audible.

There is no hotel lobby or front desk, it is more like a B&B, and the owner makes breakfast himself. The alley in front of the door is like a gravel road, pushing suitcases is exhausting!
