If there's a 0, it's a 0. 1. The room was small and smelly. As soon as the air conditioner was turned off, there was a constant stench of body odor. The space was also incredibly tight; two suitcases couldn't even fit. 2. The hotel had security issues. While waiting to be addressed at the front desk, a white woman complained that someone had broken into her room at around 2 a.m. This really shows how poor the security is! 3. The hotel's attitude was arrogant. During check-in, the front desk assigned us the wrong, cheaper room type. We pointed out the issue and requested a change, but the hotel refused, claiming they were fully booked that day. It wasn't until Ctrip intervened that they started to evade us, claiming the manager wasn't available (even though the front desk had already shown us a room). By the evening of the first day, we'd already realized the hotel's inconsistency and the unreliable front desk staff. We needed to cancel the remaining three nights' reservation. We complained to Ctrip customer service, and they intervened, but even at noon the next day, they still refused to let us check out for free, citing the manager's absence as an excuse. I commend Ctrip's customer service for proactively helping us resolve the issue, unlike ***********. I'll definitely choose Ctrip in the future. If you're traveling alone or with a group of girls, absolutely avoid this hotel. There's only one front desk clerk in the entire hotel, and their attitude is terrible. Not only is they arrogant, they're also full of lies and inefficient, pushing work around. When I booked this hotel, I was misled by the Marriott name, believing it was a boutique hotel. We paid 2,000 yuan a night for this kind of service and amenities. I recommend choosing the Sheraton near the airport; it's clean, spacious, and cheaper. There's also a train station nearby, making it convenient for connecting to surrounding towns. There's no need to squeeze into the crowds and endure the inconvenience of Old Nice.
