Eşimle birlikte bayram tatili için geldik. Oda temizliğinde çok başarılar. Deniz havlunuza kadar düşünüp veriyorlar. Yemekler hep aynı , biraz değişiklik olmalı. Kahvaltıda hep aynı. Çalışanlar çok yardımcı ve ilgili. Misafir ilişkileri her konuda yardımcı oldu.

From the time of check in to check out, every single member of staff have been amazing. Especially the front desk staff who always explained to the taxi drivers of our destination. One of the best customer service provided here. Walking distance to shops and restaurants

One of the worst hotel I seen. Waste of your money. There are a lot of good hotel at Nicosia except this old hotel. Materials teared, sofa dead, Tv is 20 years ago and rooms are not clear. They charged me 1 more day extra, it was incredible. Never and ever go there again…

Especially the poolside restaurant. As for the hotel, it is my only address in Nicosia. Clean and spacious rooms, friendly and relevant reception. A facility where you will feel comfortable from the door.

I don't understand where this hotel took away its 5 stars but not from the hotel itself. Very unfriendly staff, this starts at the reception where you are snubbed by the question why the internet or WiFi in the room does not work. I understand that this is not an issue for every guest, but on a business trip I would like to be able to do my work in my room. Furniture and decor are very outdated and damaged, but it is clean and therefore not really important to me. Breakfast is a surprise every morning whether you get what is ordered at the table, because the buffet is very limited and only decorated in Turkish / Cyprus, but at the table you can at least order your omelette, fried egg, ect, it is only the ask if you get it? Then ask after 15 minutes where the ordered is, you will receive an evasive answer from the very unfriendly and uninterested staff. They also have surplus staff or too little work for most of them, because there are always 4 pf 5 chatting together without doing anything! Separate . I think the internal ****** is the cash cow of this hotel, the hotel business itself cannot be earned in this way. In short, not recommended and the stars that are assigned, no idea whether they fell from the sky
