I don't understand where this hotel got its 5 stars from but not from the hotel itself. Very unfriendly staff, this starts at the reception where you are snapped at by the question why the internet or WiFi in the room does not work. I understand that this is not an issue for every guest, but when traveling on business I want to be able to do my work in my room. Furniture and decor very outdated and damaged, but it is clean and therefore not really important to me. Breakfast is a surprise every morning whether you get what you order at the table, the buffet is very limited and only Turkish / Cypriot furnished, but at the table you can at least order your omelette, fried egg, etc. the only question is whether you get it? Then ask after 15 minutes where the order is and you get an evasive answer from the very unfriendly and disinterested staff. They also have surplus staff or too little work for most of them, because there are always 4 or 5 of them chatting together without doing anything! Apart. I think that the internal ****** is the cash cow of this hotel, you can't earn money from the hotel business itself in this way.
