The room is small. The waiter in the restaurant on the first floor is very friendly. The breakfast is OK. When you check in, the waiter enthusiastically asks what you want to drink? It is free, but you have to walk up the stairs to carry your luggage at the door.

From arrival to exit, the staff members were warm and helpful. The hotel is very clean; the bed is very comfortable and overall, the rooms are well kept. The breakfast is good and the coffee is perfect! The location is right next to a street that is very much alive! I really recommend the hotel.

Wonderful stuff and hotel in a great location in the old Nicosa, everything a short walking distance away. Rooms are comfortable, clean and well appointed and come with efficient and quiet AC. During my first visits I stayed in a room facing front and second time facing back. My preference was the room facing back; I enjoyed the view of the old town and it was quiet. Breakfast was very good too. Looking forward to returning.

As soon as we arrived, Paolo told us everything we needed to know about where to go, what to do and what his favorite restaurants were. His advice served us well.
Breakfast was delicious and the cook was friendly and shared interesting stories.
The room was clean and nicely decorated, but very small. I don’t know where we would have put the luggage if we had not had hand luggage.
The hotel is well located, close to Leder Street, museums, old churches and the bus station.

Very friendly, professional staff. Polite and informative. Great tips on where to eat in Nicosia. Really nice breakfast with a good variety of choices. Staff are well treated and all were having lunch together which was a nice family feel to the hotel.
