I don't even know where to start, having cold unheated rooms in December is quite an unpleasant matter, the breakfast for which you pay extra consisted of small bowls, of course if you want breakfast you have to come as soon as possible, as what is used up is no longer refilled, not to mention that after being warned that the ham stinks and it is spoiled (I think everyone knows how ham that is past its expiration date smells and tastes sour) gentleman pretended that he did not understand English. I would also criticize the fact that before checking out of the room, which was supposed to be until 11:00, the maid burst into the room without knocking, as if nothing had happened. Not to mention that after leaving, we received an email in which they accuse us of a broken toilet bowl and the payment of 90 Euros as there were more of us couples and we came to enjoy a quiet New Year's Eve and we are not Polish ill-behaved pigs but decent people and every room we they not only looked after each other but also checked each piece, btw they are maids there and not us, as we are your customers, and since I have worked for years in the gastronomy and hotel industry, I would politely advise you that you should be more guided by the phrase "Our customer, our Mr" and deal with discrepancies or any violation directly on the spot, and not make false statements to the customer's address two days after departure. Let everyone make their own opinion, for us, and I say this for a total of 15 adults, Hotel Novum never again.
