We responded politely to the early morning taxi booking and information about nearby facilities. The room was clean and there was no problem with the amount of hot water.

The Japanese breakfast is very delicious. I was very satisfied with the carefully prepared breakfast packed with Niigata's delicious foods such as Murakami salted salmon, Uonuma Koshihikari rice, Sado ego, Noppe, and Sado amazake. It's right after crossing Bandai Bridge and has a nice view.

The hotel is located in a residential area, a little far from the downtown area. Even to go to a convenience store, I had to walk all the way. The Shinano River is clearly visible, which is quite nice. There are many people jogging and walking along the river bank. As the river has a lot of water, it looks calm, but the water level is quite high, so I was thinking as I watched it that there was a high possibility that it would flood if the water level increased a little. The room is a twin single use room. The size of the room was written as 18㎡, which seems to be true. The hotel itself is a fairly old building, and even the lobby feels quite old. The equipment also feels quite old. The inside of the room has been cleaned well, but when you look at the windows, it looks like it's old, so it's disappointing. When you open the window of your room, you can see the entire wall of another hotel building. The room is room 614. The Shinano River stretches beyond this other building, so the view should be good, but I wonder if it's a banquet hall building. When you look down from the window, you'll see a spacious tatami room that looks like a banquet hall. I guess they're going to have a wedding. You can see the Shinano River and Ryutohashi Bridge through the gap, but there aren't that many cars passing by. There are people staying in the room next door, and there seem to be a lot of other guests, but it's nice that it's quiet and you can't hear anything at all. Infrastructure such as soundproofing equipment seems to be in place.

I used it for the first time on a business trip. Overall, it was a comfortable inn, but it was a bit difficult with the stairs at the front and back entrances when we had luggage. The room was comfortable, but the view was disappointing and I was disappointed that I could barely see the Shinano River. The breakfast was very delicious and I was able to spend it slowly while enjoying the view outside. Check out was at 11:00, so I was able to relax. I would like to use it again.

The room is spacious enough for a family of three. The water pressure in the shower is strong and comfortable. The beer garden looks nice. The curtains were off. I wonder what the maintenance is like. There was dust on the bed board.

地上１０階建ての老舗のホテルですね。玄関を入りますと、この広さのロビーがお出迎えです。フロント係りの方が外国人（欧米系）でしたが、日本語ペラペラで丁寧に接客していただきました。このホテルも結婚式が行われるみたいです。　　地方ではホテルでの結婚式がよく行われますからね。　　そういえば別棟は結婚式専用の建物のようです。部屋は、あまりひろくないです。　ビジネスならこんなものかな？　　最近のビジネスホテルは温泉の大浴場があるのですが、ここは、若干古いのか部屋のバスルームしかないようです。朝食をいただくことにします。和食と洋食からチョイスするようです。　”新潟の朝ごはん”と言う和食を選びました。新潟産の食材を使った朝ごはんですね。　　魚沼産のコシヒカリはもちろん、魚沼の雪ひかりポーク、地元中条の玉子などを使っているそうです。この日は、コシヒカリを使用したおかゆにしていただきました。

アップグレードしてくれて予定より広い部屋に宿泊出来、実に快適な滞在となった。 感謝します。 改装されたばかりの部屋なのか？水回りの風呂や洗面台等もとても綺麗だ。 食事や接客も文句なし。大変良いホテルだった。
