娘が入浴中に気分が悪くなり浴槽や部屋の一部を汚してしまったのですが、ホテルスタッフの女性の方はとても親切に対応して下さり代わりの部屋も新しく用意して下さって本当に助かりました。朝には体調も戻り無事にチェックアウト出来ました。ご迷惑をおかけしたにも関わらず嫌な顔一つなさらず終始笑顔で対応してくださった事に感謝します。ありがとうございました。
