Old and dirty.

It was great to have an open-air bath in the room ^_^ The large communal bath had a sauna, and I was impressed with the spectacular view from the open-air bathing space ✨ The buffet was delicious and amazing ♪ I want to go again ^_^

The food was buffet and had a wide variety and was delicious, but the water in the bath was cold, which was disappointing.

The service is attentive, the food in the restaurant is delicious, the room is clean, and the outdoor hot spring pool can only be described as 👍. However, the location is relatively remote and it is inconvenient to take a taxi. Fortunately, the counter staff was very enthusiastic to help call a taxi, and it was included in the pocket list.

If you are not traveling by car, please don't choose this hotel. It takes ten to fifteen minutes to walk to the nearest station. It is inconvenient to find the way with the elderly and children. The facilities were very old and there were blood stains on the mattress. It was too scary so I didn’t take pictures. I thought I would just sleep for one night and cover it with a bed sheet. You have to drain the water yourself in a private bath. Then I found that it was not cleaned properly and there was a lot of dust floating in the water. I took a picture but could not upload it.

There's nothing to complain about considering the price, but if you expect the general image and service of a hotel with an open-air bath, you may find it "different," so if you expect proper service and attentive staff, I think you should look elsewhere. I recommend it to those who can just look at the good points and use it. ・Room... The smell of deodorant was a little strong. It was supposed to be a non-smoking room, but maybe they dealt with it with deodorant? I didn't ask, so I don't know the details. It was well cleaned and felt clean. The bath in the room was just right if you fill it up before going to dinner and take a bath when you get back to the room. The water temperature in the outdoor shower was hard to rise, so I washed my body in the indoor unit bath before taking a bath. Even in the indoor shower, the water temperature was just right with the hot water turned full on. I thought it would be cold in winter. It was the perfect season for an open-air bath in the room. It's cold in winter, and from now until autumn, the river is close, so you'll have to worry about bugs.・Food…The number of dishes was as expected, but surprisingly, the sashimi was very delicious (better than the sashimi in the course meal at the hotel I stayed at the next day). The steak meat was also delicious. The breakfast was also sufficient (although for some reason bacon and sausages were floating in the hot water?). ・Other…It was a bit inconvenient to have to put 100 yen (which I would return later) in the shoe box at the hotel entrance and leave my shoes in the shoe box. In addition, I had to wear slippers that were not very clean. The large public bath is not large, but I guess it's okay if you use the bath in your room? I wanted to take a bath in the morning, but it took a long time to fill up, so I went to the large public bath. There were many reviews saying that the water temperature was low, but it was just right in the morning. I've written a lot about this, but overall I was satisfied.

The changing room in the public bath was cold and the hot spring was lukewarm. This is the first time in a hot spring hotel where I got out of the bath because it didn't warm me up, but it was cold in the changing room, so I quickly put on my clothes, and when I went out into the hallway, it was warmer. No matter how cheap the price is, if it's not a hot spring, I think it's not good unless it's at least as good as a hot spring. I think it would be better to manage the temperature of the hot springs a little more frequently. I can definitely say there will be no second time. I think it should be improved.

I think the food was buffet style and the quality was good. The number of items was compact compared to this type of hotel. However, each item is delicious and the staff replenishes it as soon as it runs out on the tray, so overall I'm satisfied. Also, the open-air bath in the room was nice. One of my companions was in a wheelchair, and even though we didn't have any special orders at check-in, they added a chair with a high seat to the room, and we were able to spend a very comfortable time. The dinner time was different. The public bath wasn't warm enough. The shower in the room wasn't working properly. I couldn't use the sauna. There was no information at check-in that I couldn't use it, which made me feel uncomfortable. I chose Livemax because it was a hotel. It was just the worst.Also, the tatami was missing.

The bathroom in the room was smelly. Even turning on the ventilation fan did not improve the problem. The open-air bath in the guest room was very nice, but the water pressure in the shower was a little weak.
