The baths are spacious and it's great that you can use different baths in the morning and evening. The staff were also very kind and helpful, telling me about the surrounding facilities.

The room is large, with a bed and tatami. The view outside the window is also good. The buffet was very good, with free drinks such as beer and Japanese drinks. Most of the people who come to stay in the hotel are senior citizens. The hot spring is very good

The Japanese-style hot spring room is clean and tidy, the buffet breakfast and dinner are rich and delicious, and the surrounding environment is pleasant. It is worth staying again.

The room facilities are old and the health condition is average. The indoor hot spring is not bad. The outdoor hot spring floor is a bit dirty. There are many flying insects. I dare not soak outdoors. The hotel buffet dinner is very rich and the breakfast is average.

The hotel is very nice! Great spa experience! Morning and evening meals are great value. The facilities in the room are a bit outdated.

This hotel was amazing, but my booking experience through ********** was terrible. I booked this hotel because we were planning to go to Edo Wonderland (kind of like a Renaissance Fair for Japan, you can dress up and interact with other characters, LARPing). I felt an onsen hotel would be great for relaxing after. I thoroughly read all the information available on ********** prior to booking. After booking, in my confirmation email, it said we MUST check in between 3-7 pm. This information was not provided prior to my non refundable prepaid booking Arriving before 7 was Not possible as we were driving from Toyama. Phone call to hotel was unanswered. Contacted ********* and went through three live chat agents who did not help. I had prepaid and one agent said he would mark me as a no show and not refund the money if I was not there by 7. Finally decided to just go and see if we could check in later. With rain and mountain roads we got there at 9:45 pm. The hotel staff was wonderful, gracious, welcoming, and even helped my sons write tanabata wishes for a decoration in the lobby. Onsen were spectacular. They switch the men’s and women’s sides every day so if you go in the evening and in the morning you get to see both. Outdoor onsen pool was my favorite experience in Japan so far. Breakfast buffet was delicious, unusual, and varied. Hotel room was amazing. We had both Western beds and futons, which the adults (beds) and boys (futons) loved. And you don’t need to check in by 7.

The building itself is old, but the service was good. In the lounge, they offer free beer and chuhai. It is a buffet both in the evening and in the morning, and I was surprised at the variety of items. During the buffet, you can also drink as many soft drinks as you like. They replenish food one after another before it runs out, so it looks nice. It changed my image of buffets. There was a nice open-air bath. The free massage chairs were also very good.

The inn had a lot of free services, which was great. You could play table tennis and sing karaoke, so you could have fun without going outside. I want to go back again.

I visited this restaurant to celebrate my husband's birthday, and he seemed to enjoy it, so that was good. There were not many types of sashimi...

It's been a while since my mother and I last traveled together. We were traveling on unfamiliar trains, using a walking stick. Soon after we arrived at the inn, my mother's legs started to hurt. We borrowed a wheelchair at the entrance and used it to eat and go to the hot springs. We were shown to a priority seat at the buffet and the staff were very kind to us. We had a very comfortable stay and it became a good memory. I want to go again.

The buffet was delicious, and the room and bathroom were clean and I had no problems and was able to spend a comfortable time😊

The free lounge and bath were great. Personally, the pillow was so high that it was difficult to sleep.
