LOVE IT! Would definitely go back again!❤️

Excellent stay. This was our second stay at this hotel-we came back because we loved this property so much. Great food at buffet. Loved the roof top onsen. Loved the partial tatami room.

I stayed at Asaya Hotel for one night and it was so comfortable! The service is very good, the staff are super friendly, and there is a special car pick-up and drop-off service, which is so considerate! The hotel facilities are complete, especially the Dazhong Pool Hot Spring, which is so relaxing! The food in the restaurant is also super delicious and satisfying! By the way, the transportation is also very convenient. There is a special car sent directly to the hotel, so you don't have to worry about finding the way. All in all, Asaya Hotel left a great impression on me and I will definitely come back next time!

The hotel is wonderful for its dinners and breakfasts. We had crabs for dinner and it was a delight. And much more. Getting there is very difficult with many transfers, Google Maps can help. Remember that some buses finish their trips early, we went at about 5 pm, and it took a long time to get there due to long breaks in the bus service, and the train station is quite far from the hotel. The surroundings are very beautiful and the view of the river is beautiful. The onsen is very nice, after a hard day of hiking - complete relaxation. The service is impeccable. I liked everything very much, I highly recommend the hotel

When I arrived at Kinugawa Onsen Station, it was after 6pm, and there were no buses or taxis waiting. When I called the hotel to say, ``I'm going to be late,'' they came all the way to the station to pick me up, which I was really grateful for. 😀 As soon as I entered the hotel, I was overwhelmed by the spacious space and the structure of the building! ️The room was just the right size for a couple. I was impressed by the staff's soft-spoken words and attitude, and I was very satisfied with the food and hot springs, but I was a little disappointed that there was dust on the changing shelf in the bath 😣

It was a fine hotel. Although it is an old hotel, the large public bath was newly renovated. The room was clean and comfortable. Especially the food had a lot of choices and they were all delicious and I was very satisfied!

The hotel is about 10 minutes from the station, but there are few buses So you can take a taxi for about 1100yen or so in 5 minutes The hotel is a hot spring hotel with a good history many facilities There are a lot of buffet food ❤️The quality is very high😀 There are 6 baths and there are open air 😊 you can enjoy the beautiful scenery

It was my first time, but I had a great time as they were flexible with the birthday cake service and the timing of the cake delivery! The inside was very clean, the bath was big, and the food was delicious! I would definitely use it again! thank you very much!
