One of the most wonderful hotel we have stayed in Japan. Room was clean, food was excellent , location was exceptional and staff were very hospitable and friendly. Definitely will return if I visit Nikko again!

This is in a perfect location, right on the water. The customer service is top notch. Thry have mens, womans and private Onsen. The men and woman have and indoor and outdoor onsen. The private is only indoors. All 3 are small but clean and does the job. The breakfast and dinner was amazing. However, if your not used to Japanese style sleeping then prepare yourself. It's on a thin mat on the floor. I stayed for one night and absolutely loved the hospitality.

Great place

The hotel is in a good location, right next to the Chuzenji Onsen boat dock. (The 12th boat has stopped because of winter) It is a small hotel with two floors. I booked two rooms this time. One is a tatami room on the first floor, which is quite compact. The other is a lake view room on the second floor, which is more comfortable. The accommodation includes one dinner and one breakfast. The taste is good. The sound insulation may be relatively poor because of the wooden structure. The service is very good. It should be beautiful to see cherry blossoms in April and maple leaves in November.

The hotel is right on the edge of Lake Chuzenji. The beautiful scenery of lakes and mountains can be seen from the window, which exceeded my expectations. The breakfast and dinner were also very good. I highly recommend staying in this hotel.

This is a family hotel. The location of the hotel is easy to find. It takes about 10 minutes to walk from Lake Chuzen after taking the shuttle bus. The receptionist carefully and patiently registered us and ordered two meals. The food was delicious and unexpected! The room was clean and comfortable, the water quality of the outdoor hot spring was very good, and the outdoor scenery was beautiful!

The reception staff are very attentive, the hotel is very clean, and the lakefront has a beautiful view. Both dinner and breakfast were very delicious. The restaurant is very attentive to the cuisine. It is highly recommended to come back again.

It can be seen that this hotel has a sense of age. Due to the building itself, it is not very soundproof. I am afraid of disturbing the guests next door and downstairs when walking at night. Other than that, I am very satisfied. The environment is very good. It is right by the Chuzen Lake. You can enjoy the view of Chuzen Lake through the window. You can also see water birds in the morning. The meal is a set meal, the steak is very tender, the hot spring is not big but there is a free private hot spring. The Chuzen Lake Post Office Station is right outside the hotel, which is very convenient to go to Yumoto Onsen or return to Tobu Nikko Station.

The location is very good, right by the lake. You can look at the lake view while lying on the bed. The room is quite big, and the men's bath also has a slight view of the lake. The service staff is also very kind. The meals also have local characteristics, the only The disadvantage may be that the public space and appearance are a bit older. Also, the room type I stayed in did not have a bathroom, so I had to go to the public area to take a shower. I am not sure whether this is the case in every room. So those who care should ask first.

The bus stop is right at the door and the ferry terminal is next door. The transportation is very convenient. The lake view is impeccable, and there are men's baths, women's baths and private hot spring pools to soak in. Breakfast and dinner are also very exquisite and delicious, highly recommended
