Hotel was clearly clean. The housekeeper was friendly and was willing to answered to my needs. The rooms were very clean. The hotel staff was understanding and was helpful. I recommend people staying here.

There is a parking lot, don't worry about parking. Breakfast is ok. Praise and praise. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .

We stayed here one night and would definitely return. The check-in was smooth and Maggie, the very pleasant and professional front desk clerk, was great- she made sure our two rooms were adjacent and on the side of the hotel away from the highway (thank you to the trip advisor member who recommended that!). Our rooms were very clean, the beds comfy, the breakfast good, and the price excellent.

We stayed here last night on our way to NY. We are Hilton fans but have never stayed at a Home 2 Suites before. The hotels lobby is appealing, brightly colored and modern. The rooms however are shabby. The bedding is old, our pillows were worn, flat and smelled of sweat or mold…..something not good. Our window shade was torn and couldn’t be opened or closed without risk of breaking the chain. Our bathroom had everything we needed but I was turned off by the hair I found in one of the vanity drawers. The kitchen area was nice, the dishes were still in the dishwasher when we arrived so I didn’t know if they were clean or not. Our morning breakfast was fine, they were touting a new breakfast menu but everything we chose was cool to room temperature not hot. I wouldn’t stay at this hotel again and probably won’t stay at a Home 2 Suites in the future.

The room was very clean. The breakfast had nice choices. The hotel lobby and outside and gym were all very clean. The check in was fast and all the employees we came in contact with were super.The pool was clean except they could take care of the towels. Big heep of dirty one and only one clean. Hope someone just didn't come to work that day. I would stay again in a heart beat.

This place should receive four stars (bubbles), but I have decided the time is long overdue to return to daily cleaning of rooms. After all, the prices have only gone up, not down. Lack of staff is no excuse. In addition, I had reserved three rooms, one for my single daughter, one for my second daughter and her husband and one for my wife and myself. (I still don't know if I received IHG points for three rooms). In total, I had reserved rooms for 8 nights. This review covers only our room, 203. We were there 3 nights. So, with that said: This place is located on a wide spot of land between the east bound and west bound lanes of the Ohio turnpike. To say it is noisy 24/7 is an understatement. Who puts a hotel in the ”middle” of a highway? The staff was friendly enough, but they failed to have an extra blanket in our room as requested in the reservation. We had to ask for it. In the room itself, the Internet speed, when measured with speedtest dot net was 20 Mbps down (pretty good) and 9 up (better than mine at home). Lights were everywhere, including beneath the head of the bed (WHY??!!) We could hear the people in the room above us walking and talking. Kids in the room next to ours decided to ”roller skate” (I assume) with the suitcases. They were making a great deal of noise until I beat on the thin wall. They did it again the next night, but stopped before I beat on the wall again. Parents should learn to control their children. The bathroom had good lighting, but there was the usual almost-on-the-floor toilet found in most hotels and it was difficult to flush. With no exhaust fan, the bathroom smelled musty. Sink water pressure was very low. The shower, on the other hand, was okay though the shower head looked disgusting. There were no real towel bars or hooks, only a very short bar beneath the sink. Paint was peeling significantly from the bathroom ceiling. Saturday breakfast was cheese omelets, scrambled by Monday. There was only Greek yogurt. Sausage paddies were tasty. Coffee actually wasn't too bad.

This was by far, the biggest room I have rented lately. And the nicest and cleanest place to stay. Thank you for the amazing service.

We are never disappointed when we stay here, NEVER! Very consistent. Clean, Fresh, Friendly and the service by ALL staff is outstanding. The view overlooking the golf course and courtyard takes your mind away from the busy days and you just exhale and relax. Then there is WayPointe for receptions, banquets all kinds of celebrations. Just beautiful! Kensington Grill is a fun place to grab a bite or linger on the courtyard. It is an awesome all in one place to take time and check it out!!!! We go there as an escape and it’s only 15 minutes from home!!! A beautiful golf course with all the amenities!!
