I stayed ayatana ooty for 2nights , it was solo trip with my pet . I really liked the ambiance and the open places . the staffs are very helpful , they are very friendly. I still can remember some of the names Ting Ting , Mark , Rizwan , Mr. Ram .Aishwariya was a great help for booking and arranging the itinerary the stay was very safe for solo travel as well . My pet also enjoyed a lot .

The room service and staff were extremely helpful and top notch. Thank you Mr. Amit Kumar for your help. The Resort has an amazing restaurant and beautiful view. The hotel experience for our staycation was amazing. The staff is very professional.

Amazing staff and amazing service. Loved the experience. Visited the place for lunch with family. Very courteous staff and very nice experience we had. Just recommend people to go to this place. The property is also very nice and very well maintained.

Awesome place. Insane views. Great service. They could benefit from some more staff and also should focus on training them as their resort matures/evolves. That’s true for any organizarion. Shappong (one of our servers) was AMAZING! Insanely hardworking and managed front of house, kitchen, etc all at the same time and effortlessly.

The resort is beautiful and very well maintained. We got to experience the Christmas decorations since we visited closer to Christmas and the decorations were top notch and just very beautiful. It truly felt like a winter wonderland this time of the year. The room service is super quick and all the staff are very courteous.

I was very disappointed and my client have experienced worst service and experience during their stay at Welcome Heritage Ayatana Ooty. I have been serving in this travel and tourism Industry since 11 year. This is the first time in my life where me as a travel agent and my client had to suffer. I have being doing business with ITC Welcome heritage group and promoting their properties to my client for their pleasant stay. If I look into the amount It would be more than 70 – 75 lacs INR. I have also selected premium channel and vendors Like Tamarind Holidays, Tripexpert, Classic holidays and many more ( you as an hotelier) can refer to my booking with them. Paying huge amount and booking room categoy as Deluxe Challet with Jacuzzi. The first experience my client faced was no Hot water. Secondly there was no internet service neither televison service. Upon requesting several time by my client to the hotel. They were unable to resolve and they were trying to explain that Hotel is in middle of forest so will fare such issue and nothing can be done for the same. The Duty person on reception desk was extremely rude and he only kept asking to contact Travel ageny and he is not able to further asist. Being a huge brand and hightling the service on website for the property and if we get such worst service it is not understandable. I will make sure the doest reapeat to any of my fellow travel partner and will advise not to recommend and promote such hotel & resort, where after paying huge amount of money and if I get such feedback from my client is very shamefull situation for me to my service. I also request to hotel sales person whose name was Mr.Jijo Joseph for one day stay refund due to guest was not satisfied with hotel but he denied my request..... Very worst experience...

We visited Ayathana Ooty for my sister’s birthday celebration. Must say we had a lovely time. The property is well maintained & spacious rooms. The food was great. The staff was really helpful. The lush green backdrop & beautiful flowers made our experience very memorable. Special thanks to Mr. Suresh (Manager) & Ashwini for making our stay pleasant. Would love to come back again. Highly recommend to others. Thank u team Ayatana.
