Ayatana ooty is an amazing resort with a fantastic staff to take care of you. chef majid khan and kulpreet and the the entire team was excellent. hospitality was fantastic right from the reception to the the restaurant. entire property is totally value for money .food location surroundings , rooms everything made our stay really delightful

Stay at ayatana was perfect peaceful.Place was maintained very clean. Hospitality is par off excellence. Staff were highly responsive. Ayatana Architecture was astounding.price was bit high but experience was outstanding. I would like to visit ayatana once again with my wife and kids.What i like about this place is there are less houses,less people. Hence quality of stay is gud. Breakfast was delicious.

We have been to Ayatana Coorg property earlier, so wanted to try out this long weekend during Diwali at the new Ooty property, more importantly being pet friendly. As expected, the property is luxurious, although this much smaller that Coorg one. But definitely nice. The chalets are really comfortable, the hospitality is top notch, we went for half board - the food quality is very good, loved it. Overall a very good experience. The nature walk was really good, via the plantation area. Need to start the spa asap. Couple of points for improvment: 1. Add more outdoor activities - since being a small area, exploration is done within half a day. 2. Add more dustbins, in all the outside areas, there were none. We, have a pet, if she used to poop, we pick and clean, did not have a easy place to put it in the trash. Overall a very nice experience.

Excellent stay staff was beyond expectations and ambience was great and great great location good landscaping with nice safe design and pool would have been temperature control but good pool nice views and service was amazing love to refer the same

I was looking for resorts in Ooty to celebrate my girlfriend’s birthday. After much research and suggestion from a friend, I looked upon Ayatana on YouTube and loved the videos I saw. It was a no brainier to zero down on this property. We arrived on Friday and loved the hospitality. The resort is beautiful and some, 30 mins away from the main Ooty city in the peace of nature and overlooking the hills and tea plantation. Not to mention the loveliest of staffs, who helped us celebrate the birthday as they specially arranged decorations and candle light dinner in the Balcony area above the pool. Just perfect how I wanted it to be. I also proposed my girlfriend the same night and couldn’t have chosen for a better place to do so. Ooty will always be a special place for us now, and more so the hospitality and charm of Ayatana. Can’t recommend this place anymore. There’s nothing I could point out that I didn’t like over the 3 days. Lovely lovely place. The staff at this hotel Riya Roy were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast.full of greeneries,breathtaking views,good experiences.
