Very bad experience. Dirty place.non cooperative staffs. We didn't get even complementary breakfast. We don't recommend this resort not al all. Ooty is our one of favorite place. But this resort is very disappointed for us.............

The reception desk was very kind and helpful. They took care of every need which we asked. The conplimentary breakfast was very tasty. Mr Ramesh who was at tue reception was kind,knew many languages.

The hotel staff was very polite. The amenities were quite good. Food was awesome. Cleaness was next level. They help us to make our trip in a great way. View from the balcony was very good. Location is also perfect.

It was a great experience staying in Hotel Rainforest. Rooms were clean and well maintained. The staff is very courteous and ready to help. I would like to mention specially about Karthik M, he is a great guy. Looking forward to stay in the same property in the future as well.
