Camping de Dooars | Rooms & Caretaker

This was my much awaited trip to the enchanting Dooars with my family during Christmas and year end. We had to make it a very special one. Based on the traveller reviews posted on various platforms, we chose Camping De Dooars - Lataguri. And yes - we were overwhelmed. This lovely homely resort is located close to the Lataguri town and the Safari booking office amidst the dense Gorumara forests. Very easy to locate. We were given a warm welcome by Mr. Sanjit- the Resort Manager and the courteous always smiling staff members All of them made our stay so much comfortable. The resort has 3 beautiful side by side cottages - each cottage having 2 rooms. Rooms are quite spacious and clean rooms with all basic facilities like Geyser which is much needed during Winter. Hygiene is well maintained. Lush green beautifully decorated garden will surely enthrall you. There is a tea plantation just beside the resort garden. Resort Ambience is definitely a high point / USP ***** with location. There is high speed Wi-Fi provided by the resort which was definitely another great feature for me. Beauty during and night is something which is beyond words and can only be experienced. Food was very tasty - be it lunch, dinner, breakfast or evening snacks. We have thoroughly enjoyed every bit of our 2 night stay. 100 out of 100 to Camping De Dooars in all departments. Kudos to Sudip and Tannistha - the resort owners, Sanjit and the entire team for such a memorable experience.. Keep up the great work. Thank you so much to all of you..
