I booked a room on the website. As soon as I placed the order, the hotel staff called me to tell me what time to arrive. Do I need to reserve a parking space? They were very attentive. The hotel environment is very comfortable. There is a fresh fragrance as soon as you enter the hotel lobby. The color matching of the corridor is very good. Comfortable, overall hygienic, clean and atmospheric. It is bigger and cleaner than the hotels I have booked in the past. It is also very convenient to shop around. The sanitation is particularly good, the bed is also big and the sleep is super comfortable, and the computer is upstairs. I won't be noisy downstairs. It gives me the feeling that it's superb in a room like this. Playing games between games is simply satisfying my fantasy of the game environment. I recently stayed at Nanyuan Hotel during my visit to Ningbo, and I must say, I was impressed. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, with a lovely bathtub to relax in after a long day of sightseeing. I was also pleasantly surprised to receive a complementary bowl of fruits on arrival, which was a nice touch. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, even offering complementary yogurt during my stay. The breakfast spread was good, although I would have preferred more western food options. Unfortunately, when I visited, they had run out of fried bacon. However, this did not detract from the overall experience. I also appreciated the option of a late check-out, which allowed me to leave after 1 PM. Overall, I would recommend Nanyuan Hotel to anyone visiting Ningbo. The staff were friendly, the room was comfortable, and the complementary extras were a nice touch. I would definitely consider staying here again, provided the price is right. Apologies about my photos, I remembered to take them only when I was a bout to check out.

Recommend! Convenient location, within walking distance there is everything you need (shops, cafes, shopping center, etc.). The family (2 adults, 2 children, 7 and 3 years old) chose a Deluxe room with an impressive view of the river (two beds). Breakfast is at a good level (surcharge 64 yuan for a child from 6-10 years old). The pool is open until 23:00 (there is a sauna, hammam, Jacuzzi), the games child room is open also until 23:00.

This is my go-to hotel for my business travel in Ningbo area. It is located at a convenient location, not too far from the train station and the city centre, but also easy to access the outer skirt of the city without getting into rush hour traffic. The hotel is clean and the room is spacious. The included breakfast has lots to choose from. The highlight is definitely the service. Each guest is assigned with a private concierge (or butler). Every small request or question is only a text message away. My private butler 卢蕊 was able to bump me into a better room and higher floor, took care of laundry requests and provided me tips to nearby points of interests. Upon my check out, she prepared a thoughtful gift for my journey. It is always a pleasant stay at Kaiyuan.

Hotel is very well located, 5 minutes from Tianyi Square and many other attractions. The staff was very helpful, especially the women, who were really caring and helpful to help a foreigner who do not speak Chinese. The hotel deserve a renovation, a good painting and floor work, as it is not a par in relation to other Ibis in the country.

Nice resort for families with lots of activities for the little ones. Highlight was the service and all staff were friendly especially Mona who also spoke English well and shared her wechat and checked with us everyday to ensure our stay was pleasant. Bon fire and fireworks for Chinese new year were an added bonus. Mona also helped us book a BBQ tent which was a nice experience by the lake. The play area is large and could use a facelift as some areas seem dated. Buffet breakfast was nice with the usual fare and a nice touch to give the kids a small gift when they clean their plates. Although it’s winter, the temperature was quite warm and the room AC could only be used as a heater which made the room too warm so we turned off the AC and left the windows open. Car parking was mostly full during the holidays but we managed to get a slot to charge the electric car. Overall a pleasant stay.

The hotel is in a good location, close to everything, and very clean. There is a large children's playground on the first floor. The parent-child room we booked has three 1.8-meter large beds, one of which has a door to separate them from each other. The room is large and well-equipped. There is a reading area and a play area on the 5th floor, as well as a separate washing machine and dryer. All the clothes were washed and dried on the same day, which was great. The bedding is very comfortable, the air conditioning is powerful, and the sleep is very quiet, which means that the sound insulation is good. There is a desk area for office work, a makeup mirror, slippers and toothbrushes for children, a slide swing chair, and an air purifier. The breakfast restaurant is antique and the variety is OK. I like the small wontons very much.

The best hotel that I stayed at on my trip.very creative lobby with top design , location very good near a huge mall wanda plaza and can access all Ningbo tourist areas. The hotel team is very corporate and takes care of all details and , rooms will have equipment and big space and very nicely designed specially the bathroom. The magician like design was amazing and it is a magical place for selfie ! It is worth to come with friends and share a fantastic moment together. It took me around 1 hour to explore different areas and took photos. The room was European style and spacious, you can enjoy the beautiful scene nearby. The design of your room door is a book shelf that you need to find which book you tab the key card to open the door. No worries the beautiful staff will teach you. Compliments to the nice female staff who help me to store the suitcases after check out.
