The young lady at the front desk was very enthusiastic. My charger was forgotten in the room and took the initiative to contact me and send it back to me. Hotel parking is convenient and free of charge, the environment is elegant, the room is hygienic, and the equipment is relatively new. The price is also very cheap, come back to live in this one.

Every time I come to Beilun, I stay at Wenhua. It's really good. The facilities are well maintained. The room is very warm. The buffet breakfast is very rich and delicious. The little robot delivers things very conveniently.
Facilities: very complete and well maintained.
Sanitation: very clean. Aunties come to clean every day.

I went to Beilun because I was watching the women's volleyball team. A 10-minute walk from this hotel to the venue is enough! A straight line! It’s also a 10-minute walk from the business district and subway station! The environment is clean and hygienic, and all facilities are available! The air conditioner is awesome! The girl at the front desk has a good attitude, is efficient and enthusiastic. The picture below is the view outside the room. All in all, it was a very pleasant stay! I will choose this store again for the next women's volleyball match!

I was pleasantly surprised to come to this small, pastoral hotel in Beilun. The decoration of the room is comfortable and warm. I saw that the boss paid attention to every detail. The pillows and quilts on the bed were very clean. The most commendable thing is that the hotel staff are very friendly and help us quickly if we need anything, especially the little sister Xiaohua. Every time we see her smile, she makes us feel at home. We are grateful to meet her. Make our trip more enjoyable!

Service: Very good. I left two pieces of clothes and facial cleanser at the hotel. They called me as soon as I got off the subway station and communicated with me to help me send the items back. The staff also communicated with me very patiently during the check-in process and answered any questions I had during the check-in process in a timely manner.
Environment: Three words describe it as very high-end. The lights in the room are also warm colors that I like. It's very relaxing. I wouldn't be able to sleep in any other hotel, but I fell asleep quickly in this one. Very safe. Including a mirror for washing and a light. Very convenient for applying makeup.
Hygiene: No unclean places were found, everything was pretty good.
Facilities: Anti-slip mats are thoughtfully prepared in the shower room, and floor towels are also provided to prevent slipping. The lighting is very comprehensive and has many branches. The toilet is also fully automatic.

Very satisfied with the stay experience. The lobby is large and the environment is very good. Xiao Ning at the front desk provided good service, polite and enthusiastic. The check-in instructions were introduced in detail. The check-in was fast. The room facilities were complete, the bed was very comfortable, the room was large, the lighting was good, the ventilation was good, there was no odor, and the overall experience was very good. The front desk staff also helped with free late check-out, which was very good! The breakfast was very rich, with many varieties and delicious.

Facilities: The parking lot is clean and convenient. It is free parking. The security uncle is very polite to help guide us.
Hygiene: The room is very clean. There is a light fragrance when you enter the room. The hot water comes out in 3 seconds. The water pressure is just right. It is very comfortable to take a shower.
Environment: It is very convenient to dine in the surrounding area. I came with friends. The entertainment place at night is next door. I went to play with friends until midnight. I was very happy and satisfied.
Service: The front desk service is very enthusiastic. They patiently explained the facilities in the room and talked about the dining needs. The front desk recommended several restaurants with different flavors to us. When we asked the aunt on the floor for the room number, the aunt kindly helped us take the luggage to the room. AalnuaimiThe best hotel that I stayed at on my trip.very creative lobby with top design , location very good near a huge mall wanda plaza and can access all Ningbo tourist areas. The hotel team is very corporate and takes care of all details and , rooms will have equipment and big space and very nicely designed specially the bathroom. My family likes this hotel and plan to stay again.

- Location : Prime location , close to major shopping and dining
- Transport access : Though it’s right on yaohang st., but car does not reach the hotel. You need to drop on the main road or in front of Westing and Walk to the hotel.
- Breakfast : A wide selection of local and international food options.
- Rooms : Very spacious and comfortable rooms .
- Amenities : All standard amenities are provided.
- Extra perks : Best in town - They offer you wash and iron of your laundry at zero cost.
The hotel also offers some bean soup desert in the evening and goody bags with water bottle , tissues and wet wipes .
The staffs goes extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction which offsets the few short Cummings. . I will certainly come back .

NNgaire323Our family, including our two little boys aged 1 and 2, had a lovely break from Ningbo in the mountains at this hotels. The surrounding scenery is peaceful and beautiful and the outdoor pool is fantastic - very large, clean and good for kids. Our room was spacious (though it probably needed a deep clean a little more often - under the bed was a bit dusty!) Overall the hotel is a great place for a short break with young kids. Some areas could do with a facelift (i.e. the shop by reception is empty and has boxes sacked in it) but kids don’t mind this and what they do love is at the hotel - a pool, balance bike riding area, soft play center and an evening petting farm (which was very well done!)

GGuest UserOn the day of our check-in, the hotel called in advance to confirm the approximate arrival time. They turned on the air conditioner in the room in advance, put out welcome fruits and welcome meals. The service attitude was very good, and there were desserts in the evening.
I booked a twin-bed sea view room with a balcony. The view from the balcony is very good. The room is relatively quiet and the equipment is very complete! We can see the sea view, but it's a pity that it's a bit cloudy. We will stay here next time we come!

The scenery of the hotel is very good, but the sound of cars is relatively noisy in the good places, but the places behind are much quieter. The location of the hotel is very advantageous, and there is a parking lot. There is a Japanese restaurant upstairs. The ingredients used are very fresh. Go to the Old Bund at night, and there is also the Catholic church. It is really beautiful. The breakfast of the hotel is considered to be better for this price. There is also a better fully automatic coffee machine. But I don’t know why, your beans are really hard to drink. It feels too bitter. I hope the hotel can improve this. Otherwise, it is not worthy of this machine. The service of the lady at the front desk is very good. She answers all questions. I hope this price can be maintained continuously. The mattress is very soft. The support is also good. The shower in the toilet has a top spray. It is much more comfortable than the top spray of Hanting Youjia.

AAugust MI recently stayed at a hotel in Ningbo, China, which had a super location close to Ningbo Railway Station. The hotel's proximity to the station made it convenient for transportation. However, there were a few aspects of my stay that could have been better.
The location of the hotel was indeed excellent, with easy access to the railway station. This made it convenient for exploring the city and accessing transportation options . The hotel's proximity to shopping streets and attractions added to its appeal.
Regarding the food, I would described as ”okay” . It seems that there were various dining options available, but the experience may have varied depending on the specific choices made.
One aspect that could be improved is the English proficiency of the reception staff. According to the search results, the staff's ability to communicate in basic English was limited . This could pose a challenge for non-Chinese guests who require assistance or have specific inquiries.
During my two-night stay, I also noticed a strong smell of cigarettes in the room. This could be a concern for those who are sensitive to smoke or prefer smoke-free environments.
Overall, the hotel's super location near Ningbo Railway Station was a major advantage. However, it is important to note the potential language barrier with the reception staff and the presence of a cigarette smell. These factors may be worth considering when choosing accommodations in Ningbo

DDan R-LTruly stunning. A warm welcome with amenities and extras all explained. Booked a spa treatment and dinner from the front desk.
The lake facing room had the best view I've ever had from a hotel. A shuttle service to take us to the spa village. The spa treatments were in a cute massage house with excellent service.
Dinner was at the fish restaurant which had a variety of reccomended dishes as well as meat or veg options. This allowed for a nice walk back in the evening going around the grounds.
Good facilities with a lovely indoor pool and a games room.
Breakfast had a huge amount of choice that was constantly being refilled. One downside was children running around with whistles blaring but that is down to poor parenting not the hotel. Nice again to walk around the grounds after breakfast.
The room had a comfy bed and huge windows to show the view. A very nice bath too but it would've been improved by including some bath salts or bath lotion.
Downsides - the air conditioning in the room wouldn't drop below 24°, fapiaos were a little complicated and not exactly how we wanted it, the shuttle buggys could be slow to arrive and the drivers could dissappear and you would wait for 10 minutes with no driver. The 'Red bar' was also closed so no where to go for a quiet drink.
Overall I would give and 4 3/4 stars out of 5

MMattia MianiSure, it is a stunning resort and overall we enjoyed the experience. However it is far from perfect. A few issues to consider:
1) I booked a deluxe room and relying on the picture I was expecting a sofa bed on the balcony. There was no sofa bed! Bummer.
2) The bathtub is quite small, mostly for one person.
3) The guest rooms feel/are quite distant from the lake. The view is so so.
4) The resort is not really on the lake, there is a road separating it from the lake. so no rooms or villa really on the lake.
5) They mention a shuttle bus to nearby Hanling old street, but it was only running every 2 hours and needed booking... a bit complicated for a 4 minute ride.
6) The main building with the lobby has very limited facilities. Just a small deck for outdoor dining.
Overall ok, recommend to book on a weekday when the price is cheaper. I give 5 for service because it was a busy weekend and personnel was all very professional and efficient, but I did not experience anything exceptional. I tried the high end Chinese restaurant that was good and also the breakfast in line with a 5 star hotel.

EErnst NZThis is an interesting place as it’s old, contemporary style of an area past, dim lights everywhere, traditional wooden panels alongside huge heigh ceilings. It brings back a time of glamour, reminded me of the Titanic in its former glory. Yet the rooms are crammed, I hit my foot twice on the floor bed corner. The staff are friendly and helpful, english is spoken at reception. Would i stay here again? Probably not, as the darkness of the room, ( windows do open slightly) felt depressing. However great location, cross the river and you are in the mids of the city. Ernst , New Zealand
