Ascott Huaishu Road Ningbo Reviews

This is our second stay at Ascott and my son loves it. Our room was very good; it was clean and there was no noise from the outside or other guests. The staff was helpful with providing extra amenities and other minor issues. It’s very good all around and suitable for everyone.

This is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The front desk service was incredibly helpful. Ms. Xiao at the reception desk was very diligent and polite. The rooms were nice and spacious, and the amenities offered were great. I really enjoyed this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

Nice environment, clean and good service. Was hoping to find bedroom slippers but none 🙂↕️. But overall, I’m happy

Overall it was good, except for some minor issues in the details, but it did not affect the stay experience. The bedding was excellent as always, and the mattress was hard. Anna at the hotel front desk was very considerate. She contacted me before check-in to inquire about my stay preferences and upgraded me to a river view room. She also responded quickly after raising questions.

Now I feel like I'm home when I stay at Ascott, because I always choose this place for business trips and family visits. I haven't found a better hotel in Ningbo yet. Everything is comfortable and familiar, drip coffee, induction cooker, washing machine, everything is available. I didn't have time to eat at the restaurant this time because I was in a hurry (a little regret)

A great and thoughtful hotel with a good location. It has a washing machine, microwave, induction cooker, washlet, and a large room. Although there is no breakfast, you can boil eggs, which feels quite comfortable.

The hotel is located in Jiangbei District, Ningbo, and it takes about 10 minutes to get there by taxi from Ningbo Station. It is close to the Yuyao River and should be a new community in the city, quiet in the bustling city. After staying for two days, the taxi nearby basically costs less than 25 yuan to the corresponding destination. Even if you go a little further to find food, it is only 10-20 minutes by car. The location is still very convenient. We made a temporary reservation on the same day, and soon after, the staff took the initiative to contact us and sent the hotel taxi location to facilitate our arrival. After checking in, we took the initiative to upgrade to the selected river view room, which is a very rare experience, with large floor-to-ceiling windows, double-sided windows, and a very different corner room perspective. The bathroom has a super large bathtub, and the bathroom also has an independent air conditioner. The asymmetrical beauty design of the washbasin seems to be popular in this style in the past two years, with hidden doors and three-entry partitioned bathrooms, and the space is planned very reasonably. In the past, the concept of Ascott was a serviced apartment, focusing on functions, and the hardware and services were average. This newly opened Ascott exceeded my expectations. The hotel staff was very enthusiastic. They told us how to arrive in advance, introduced the facilities in the room, introduced the surrounding restaurants, and even helped us book Ninghai Restaurant. I would like to praise this teacher Kevin. Thank you very much for bringing us such a high-quality experience. There are more and more new hotels. The hardware strength can be achieved by krypton gold, and the soft strength of service is a manifestation of confidence. This is the most cost-effective hotel I have stayed in recently.

Before check-in, the front desk called to inquire about the estimated check-in time and sent the specific location information of the hotel via WeChat. When checking in, they also helped to upgrade to a 270-degree river view suite on the upper floors of the hotel, and introduced the attractions and food near the hotel. There is a restaurant under the popular Ninghai Restaurant in Ningbo downstairs - Yan Pai Dui, which has very good food and good value for money. The room is a serviced apartment with everything you need, recommended!

I travel to Ningbo once a week. It's my first time staying at Ascott. The service/room/view are all very good. Thanks to Anna for her service. It's a bit regrettable that the sports facilities are not very convenient. I will consider staying here for business trips in the future.

The hotel is located in a good location. The view from the room to the river is quite beautiful. The staff is friendly. However, the room was not as new as it seemed in the photos when booking. There were stains on the walls, and the furniture was worn. There was no feeling of total cleanliness.
