Ted's service was excellent. The hotel is new, spacious, and the views are unbeatable. Breakfast is a collaboration with a restaurant under Ninghai Food Hall, and the sea urchin dumplings were delicious. Parking is convenient and free.

Great Views, Solid Stay This hotel impressed us with its stunning room views and exceptionally comfortable beds. The in-room washing machine, stove, and fridge made extended stays much easier, and both the drip coffee in the room and the lobby machine were excellent. The staff were helpful and polite throughout our visit. The location works well, several traditional Chinese and European restaurants are just around the corner, and Ningbo Bond is nearby. A couple of things to note: the hotel has no restaurant and gives 49 RMB vouchers for breakfast at a local spot, which wasn't to our taste. The swimming pool is listed but located in a separate gym building, where you may share the space with people training. Overall, it's a clean, comfortable hotel with great service and views, just plan your breakfast and pool time ahead.

Great location with nice views, convenient parking, quiet surroundings, and easy access to transportation. The price is cheap, but room cleanliness needs improvement. I wouldn't mind paying a bit more if the details were better taken care of.

A splendid stay! Everything was perfect, from the very welcoming Ms Iris and a smooth check in process to the very last moment of our stay at Ascott.

The hygiene here is excellent, and the service is incredibly attentive, just like the famous Haidilao hotpot experience. Even though there are no robots, all food deliveries are brought upstairs by the front desk staff. A big plus is that the rooms come with a kitchen. While you need to request kitchenware from the staff, they deliver it very promptly. The environment is also very quiet, and you can directly overlook the Yaojiang River from the window. It was a really great stay.

Facilities: Convenient and easy to use. Everything is quite new, and you can borrow kitchenware. Cleanliness: Prompt cleaning, very thoughtful. Environment: Open views, great river scenery. Service: The front desk staff on duty and the cleaning aunties are all very warm and attentive. The hotel doesn't use robots; they personally deliver items to your room, especially the young man Niko (🦐).

In my opinion it was the best choice of the hotel in Ningbo during Spring Festival 2026. Not crowded, close to the river, the room with the perfect view to the riverside and colourful lights in the evening. Very quiet! Nice and clean interior inside. I enjoyed staying there. The service is also on high level! Special thanks to Anna! She helped me during my journey several times with different subjects and always acted very quickly and efficiently even during her free time. Highly recommend this hotel!

The service was excellent, and any issues were addressed very quickly. The room had a washing machine, which was great for sweaty summer clothes. The only minor inconvenience was that getting around required a taxi.

Our housekeeper, Kelly, was incredibly thoughtful and proactively reached out to us in advance to arrange our check-in. The apartment itself was well-equipped, clean, and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. Communication was smooth and efficient, making for an excellent stay.
