When we checked in, there were a lot of guests at a wedding, so there were some minor incidents. But overall, I was very satisfied with the service. I had to stay in the hotel for a whole day because of the typhoon and rainstorm. I thought there would be nothing to do, but I ended up taking a hot spring bath, swimming and exercising in the hotel. In the blink of an eye, it was already night. If the next itinerary had not been arranged, I would really like to extend my stay. The staff is warm and thoughtful, especially the housekeeper Xiao Luo, who is considerate and patient. I have recommended it to my friends and will come again.

早餐很豐盛，中西式都有，特別中式早餐種類很多。早餐時還有超級瑪麗和米奇這樣的卡通人物來互動，小朋友們很開心。 酒店服務很好，接駁車小哥很熱心，指揮停車的大叔也很負責。大堂的阿姨小哥都很熱心。 酒店停車位不是很足，我們的車停到一個長了很多雜草的泥土停車場，瞬間心情也變得像下雨天一樣。 酒店其他方面都挺不錯，特別早餐很全面，拿得出手。

The king-size bed room is spacious and comfortable, with a reasonable layout. The private hot spring has hot spring water directly, and is also served with rose petals. Before check-in, the housekeeper Jiang Pengfei contacted and informed the check-in instructions and hotel facilities. Every night, a bedtime dessert of milk/red bean soup was delivered. It was not affected by the typhoon. I soaked in Erlingshan Hot Spring, went to Hanling Old Street, drank Valley Coffee, and walked around Dongqian Lake. The hotel's Chinese restaurant has a large group purchase volume and is affordable, and the seafood is very fresh. Erlingshan Hot Spring is very large, and the service inside is also very good. Auntie Bin Meijiao took the initiative to fetch water and towels. It was mainly due to the typhoon that there were few guests. After 7 pm, basically one person contracted four or five hot springs. The whole stay was very comfortable, and it was also a good day with blue sky and white clouds when I left.
