優點：前台服務態度好，解決問題很配合，房間空調給力，床品和浴巾尚可。離公園和寧波博物館近，附近有便利店
缺點：過於老舊的房間，隨處可見舊酒店粘貼新標，浴室地面瓷磚破裂，馬桶竟然堵塞，地板舊得顯臟，壁燈老舊昏暗，房間座機電話和wifi都有出故障
