You came to the front desk and told us that you were in the hospital due to heatstroke and needed to pack your luggage and check out early, and showed us the chat history of picking up your luggage. Because the situation was urgent, we took the lady to your room to collect her luggage. It was indeed our negligence that we let someone suspected of being your wife collect your luggage before we could get an accurate answer from you. Later, we contacted the woman and asked to return the luggage, but the woman said that many of the items were at home and she needed you to pick them up by yourself, but you refused to meet her.
