考試就近找了個住的
入住前台説了會早上7.8點就開始裝修
因為我要考試 覺得無所謂 就入住了
入住了不要緊
我隔壁兩間住的都是所謂的“情侶”
啥聲音都能聽 隔音太可了
兩個房間前後夾擊 半夜1點多都還在聊天辦事

那不是一般的差，不知道如家App 上的好評怎麼來的 以下的話不足以形容這家酒店的差 :酒店最近在裝修 但是在我預訂的時候沒有看到任何提示 到酒店才被告知 而且因為在裝修 外部在刷漆 甲醛味很重 道路非常不好走 而且刷漆是要刷好多遍 早上7點就開始刷 一點私隱都沒有 最恐怖的是裝修八樓我住四樓的感覺在鑽頭頂 那個聲響不是一般的吵 而且他們從早上7點就開始裝修 不管哪天 前幾天我投訴才知道他們已經違法犯罪了 中午12-14點根本不允許裝修 110都來了 早知道我早報警了 而且他們違法犯罪的肯定不知這一項 硬件設施也很差 和毛坯房沒什麼區別 又小又不隔音 我昨天竟然在公交站都能聽見裝修聲 昨天掛了一下午的請及打掃 到了17:30 如果我不投訴根本沒人來打掃 打電話給前台 前台竟然直接告訴我打掃了 可見服務有多差 前台見客人從不問好 而且前台經常沒人 客房打掃的非常不徹底 看着打掃連桌子上的灰都不擦 還經常給我破了的臟了的浴巾/毛巾/地巾等等 讓她換床上用品 態度相當不耐煩 我住了兩個禮拜 沒一個態度好的 客房經理竟然沒做過客房 我昨天打電話給攜程投訴 運營經理直接和我吵架 攜程都錄進去了 還有很多 0.5分都給多了 昨天我竟然看見有人在酒店旁邊燒紙 如果着火了 酒店所有人都會成鬼 今天看見了大蜘蛛 快退房的時候 竟然把我房間斷網了 而且電視小 畫質差就算了 經常短路我還有很多音頻 視頻 圖片 這個酒店 攜程竟然還不下架
對了 因為我的嚴重投訴 他們免了我最後一天的房費 可是因為我是連定的 根本就不是他退我的數 而且昨天因為我投訴 他們竟然讓我退房 昨天都黑天了 説的好像是問我的意見 實際就是趕我走 這兩年住的如家一個比一個差 真心勸大家 至少今年別去住 那酒店裝修的噪音能殺死你 電梯因為裝修全是灰 裝修的 拿水泥的 拿灰的和客人走的都是一個電梯 那不是一般的臟 我圖片裏的是打掃過了 但是依然能看出來多臟 被子黃什麼的 跟服務員説換床上用品 你不説全 她衹會換你説的 其他的不會管的 還有我昨天投訴説要找他們店長 老闆 他們運營經理和我説他們沒有老闆 沒有店長 我就呵呵了 這個運營經理我也覺得是前台冒充的 我退房的時候 走到前台待了很久前台才看見我 前台沒有別的客人在 因為她在玩手機 額外一個坐在對面的沙發玩電腦 大家不要看這個酒店地理位置還不錯 其實距地鐵站車站也要走很久而且要過一個橋 他家台階也很神奇 小心點吧 還有很多 我就不一一説了 需要更多訊息的可以私我 這個酒店不會有好下場的 我證據收集的夠了 你們懂得
