Very a nice living，the room is very luxurious and clean，also i have to point that the breakfast is very good with a large variety of meals.

Would not recommend - no massage services (despite having SPA it's permanently closed) and super expensive comparing to quality. There are better options in Ningbo.

The hotel and service is good, but it is time to revamp and upgrade the rooms. The carpet is old and dirty with stains and a musky smell, furniture is old and chipping off. The television is rather a super old model. The only horrible horrible thing you will experience is the lift, it is damn super slow during the peak period like in the morning from 7-10am you got to wait for like 15mins before being able to get into a lift and down. Overall experience for the brand name Westin this Ningbo one didn't lift up to its name and a overpriced one.

Service good and location convenience

Reception staff spoke good English. The breakfast was good quality, with a mix of Western and Chinese items. There was a nice view from the room over the river. This is a real central location so neighbouring streets are busy with lots of restaurants. The metro station is less than 100 metres away.

Location and place are neat! Easy to book over the trip site.

Shower room door doesn't close properly and water going out to changing room floor. Shower head on ceiling stuck and water spread everywhere. Room number is 707.

Everything is great: location, service and cleanliness. Very nice and big bathroom with a lovely bathtub with an amazing view. Very cosy, soft bed. The only little thing - the window can be opened only with a help of the housekeeper (she has the "opener"), which is not very convenient. All the rest is good. Thank you for a great service.

For business. Everything perfect

The manager, Michelle, was very helpful and accommodating as I don’t speak Chinese - so she handled all of my requests personally (including a large and complex room service order). Bathtub is amazing, location is great, food was good. The AC didn’t cool the room (at all), so they brought in a big fan unit instead of us having to change rooms. 👍👍
