Lovely clean room with a river view. Comfy bed! The staff also arranged wine and flowers in the room as I booked the hotel for me and my husband for our weeding anniversary. We were also granted a late check out at 2pm which was perfect for us to leave and get our train at 3:30. We will definitely be back!

The placement of hotel is amazing and also convinient . Appeared some problems with booking but was solved fast thanks to app and hotel service.

Loved our stay there, we were booked on the high floors with access to their executive lounge. This is a great value for money, afternoon high tea and evening snacks all served here. the view of the intersection of the river is exceptional and breathtaking.

It is just located by the river, very good swimming pool, gym facility. Breakfast and Chinese restaurant has very good food .

It can be considered the most quality hotel compared the rest I had in Ningbo this city. Staff & bell boys all are friendly…

The hotel is great. From check in to check out everything was excellent. We arrived in the morning and the rooms were prepared for us so that we could use them straight away. It was clean and there was a healthy welcome snack. The breakfast buffet was breathtaking. It's a shame that you get so full so quickly that you can't try everything. The staff were very friendly and courteous. We had a room with a river view and the lights in the evening were beautiful. Definitely recommendable. Thank you!

The hotel is located in the heart of Ningbo, the view of the river is beautiful, at the reception they are very fast for both check-in and check-out

Book for parents, and I heard that it’s good and breakfast is good, but room is a little bit old for a Shangri-La hotel.

I had wonderful stay at shangrila Ningbo, the location is perfect, the concierge is very helpful and friendly, the room is quite big and clean
