這次訂的HAPE主題房，有兩種可選，廚房的和賽車的，選的廚房的，孩子很喜歡。酒店裡的小童設施真的挺豐富的，卡丁車，挖掘機，攀巖，孩子可以玩很久。這次趁着颱風過了，入住的客人沒有暑假那麼多，而且天氣也挺涼爽，在湖邊散了一圈還挺舒服的。管家Cindy從入住前房間的偏好到入住後都提供了很多的幫助，非常的感謝。總體還是很滿意的，很適合帶娃，就是外賣可選擇的不太多。

房間很好，有一個很大的浴缸，颱風天玩不了水在房間也可以玩，因為兩個孩子提前和酒店聯繫幫忙拼了床。管家Cindy提前電話聯繫並加微信，後續還幫忙弄了章，讓小孩子免費玩了好多圈卡丁車，因為颱風天室外泳池關閉，還以為玩不到了，走的這天開了，Cindy還幫忙延遲退房到兩點，讓孩子們玩了一個多小時才走，非常感謝！後期還會再帶娃入住！

The experience was not very good. Dust was everywhere. Because the room was mainly black, dust was easy to see. I also specifically told them that there were children and hoped that it would be cleaned. It felt like no one had lived in the room for a long time. There were visible blood stains on the bed. There was only a box of tissues next to the washbasin in the whole room. It was very inconvenient. I guess it was a long time ago. There was no takeout nearby.
