房間挺乾淨的，服務態度非常好，晚上遇到外面路政修路有敲打聲，店內主動提出更換房間，我也不想麻煩搬來搬去，就繼續入住了，到了晚間就聽不到了，還是很安靜舒適的，早餐用餐環境也不錯，還有各地特色，值得推薦

這次來寧波依舊選擇新芝賓館！
新芝的環境真正做到了鬧中取靜，葱鬱的園林景觀獨具一格，服務真的超級棒，貼心程度體驗下來覺得可以媲美麗思卡爾頓。特別感謝管家小郭女士！看我提行李宂雜不便為我升級到北樓的很好的房間，期間有任何問題她都非常貼心積極地為我解憂，我向她表示感謝，她説：“因為我很在乎你的感受”。這個管家小姐姐一下子把我征服了嘿嘿。酒店地理位置也非常nice，附近能定的美食也很豐富，自助早餐也很不錯，總的來説是一次非常滿意的入住體驗。

酒店環境很好 房間略微有點小 兩個人也夠住 早飯蠻豐富 服務很好 退房第二天接到電話問入住是否滿意 告知隔音差了點 主管馬上打電話來道歉 真的是沒想到住客的反饋那麼快得到響應 下次來寧波仍舊願意住這裏
