Weird room and toilet design.

In general, the hotel is good as usual but I think the bath room cleaning should pay more effort. The laundry room’s machinery handling guideline doesn’t match the actual operation. It needs to make it clear for the customer!

When we went to check out, the front desk didn't deal with the water leak in the room.
