Great hotel , location is perfect!

Enjoyed our stay… staff very friendly and helpful. Location great as many restaurants very close. Large mall across street had lots of activities for young children. View from hotel was great light show on buildings at night. Was excited as children’s library was right across from hotel but when went to visit was not open yet but looks like will be soon.

Very nice hotel. Good location. Price a little high. Will come back.

Nice cute hotel in front of the cultural center, even the hard ware of the hotel is but outdated, but service is great, front desk are very friendly and helpful, I enjoyed my stay there;)

Staff was not helpful. Needed help from front desk but to no avail. Did not solve my problem. Room Aircon was not working well. Felt stuffy and temperature was hot. Couldn’t adjust the room temperature! I called the front desk for assistance. They send technician to check on the Aircon but again he didn’t rectify the issue. Instead he told me to open the window to get cold air. I do not agree as I have no privacy and it will be quite noisy as the hotel is close to the highway. I requested change of room instead. I have never encounter such unpleasant stay in Langham Place. I used to stay in your hotel in Hong Kong and other part of the world. Zhejiang Langham need to improve on their service. Thank you. When I got off the bus, the concierge, a long-haired young man named Stephen, asked me enthusiastically if I needed help and helped me carry my luggage upstairs.
