Bad impression on their coffee shop. Had breakfast yesterday and saw a lot of tables with used dishes piling up. Obviously guests had left but seems like no one is cleaning up. And the table I sat at has water stains all over it. Looked like whoever doing the cleaning did not not look and only got job half done. Room I was in the A/C was not working properly. I told the front desk in the morning and asked them to fix it but when I came back in the evening, the A/C is still now working. The draining system in the bathroom sink did not work. I had water in the sink when I left the room in the morning and when I came back in the evening, the water in the sink is gone but I found out the drainage system is still not working. It shows whoever serviced the room did not have the heart to get the job done correctly. One good thing to talk about is the hotel did offer me another room due to the A/C problem. Looks like the management is not doing their job.

It is a fantastic hotel. The staff was wonderful, the pool and gym are first rate. The room was, as well. I am extremely satisfied and hated to leave.

It was a great place to stay 2 nights with family and kids specially. They lived the food and swimming pool even in this winter season. Love to come back again someday.

Hotel is like well used LV bag; it has some marks and scratches but still you can understand it’s a good quality)))) hotel needs renovation. Dinner 178rmb doesn’t worth to buy if you prefer European cuisine. Oysters basket always empty, queue for sashimi salmon, the rest cuisine is local.

We spent our wedding anniversary here. Thanks to the satisfactory service, I think I made unforgettable good memories. There are facilities for children, so it's good to come with children. I will definitely choose this hotel for my next trip to Ningbo！

I would like to deeply thank Kol,Justin and Alisa for their outstanding Hospitality during our stay. My family visited this hotel during the 2022 dragon boat festival weekend. We traveled with our 7 months old baby and as you can imagine, we needed some type of help in many ways and among them three, they made sure to get us all the help we needed. I highly recommend this hotel for a family gateway weekend.

The hotel is very grand and the room is very comfortable. The hotel's service is first-class from the receptionist to the front desk, guest rooms and restaurant. The receptionist will warmly greet and say goodbye and help open the car door and take the luggage. The front desk service is thoughtful and efficient. It helped to delay the guest room and arranged a lake view room. When I opened the curtains, I saw green and a pool of lotus flowers. It was Xiaobao's birthday that day. As soon as he entered the room, he got a big surprise. In addition to arranging balloons, the clever housekeeping staff also carefully arranged a smart and warm picture of the mother duck and her family playing in the water for the little birthday star. The sisters love the little duck and the reed leaves and flowing water. The sisters screamed for a long time. The restaurant worked overtime to make birthday cakes, which marked the children's birthday perfectly. The water temperature of the swimming pool is very good, and there are two swimming pools for children and adults. I have stayed at InterContinental in Sanya before, and I am more convinced of the brand of InterContinental. Let's talk about the environment first. The lobby is very gorgeous and has a good height. But the only drawback is that the front is a bit small, which may be due to the design, but it is harmless. Although the facilities in the room are slightly old (because there are more wooden structures and some chair covers and seat covers in the suite have the marks of age), it is good enough to be able to maintain it like this after opening for 12 years. Whether it is the equipment of smart toilets or various light switches, the details are still good. Service has always been the advantage of InterContinental. From the polite waiters in the rich breakfast restaurant, who help tourists to remove the plates, to the concierge at the door who open and close the door in time to pick up the luggage, we can see the quality that an old hotel should have. When checking in, the hotel took the initiative to help upgrade the room type and gave praise. The buffet dinner in the Elements Restaurant is great and the dishes are rich. The staff can make effective recommendations for local cuisine and help guests get their favorite dishes. Overall, InterContinental Hotel is very good and recommended! This is a family trip.

Before check-in, the hotel housekeeper asked about the check-in requirements. After check-in, the location, landscape, and items were all equipped according to the requirements. The landscape was beautiful, and I was very grateful. Check-in was done during holidays, and there were not many people, but the three channels were a bit slow. Fortunately, another channel was opened at the back to handle it quickly. The light panel in the room is inductive, which is more user-friendly at night. The curtain design is a bit transparent, and there is some water seepage on the top of the window when it rains. After feedback, we received a timely response.

We came to Ningbo to play and booked two rooms for two consecutive days. The housekeeper Cathy was very considerate to help us arrange the two rooms together, which was convenient for us to travel. The environment of the hotel room was very good, the hygiene was also very good, the breakfast was very rich, and the room service responded quickly. The afternoon tea was also delicious. We also went to the hotel swimming pool on the second day. The swimming pool was very large and the swimming lanes were very spacious, so we could swim freely.
