Outstanding Service and Exceptional Hospitality!
We had to make a last-minute booking at midnight while in transit through Ningbo. Upon arriving well past midnight feeling completely worn out, we were greeted by an amazingly understanding and welcoming front desk staff. They processed our check-in quickly so we could get straight to sleep, and they even kindly offered us a complimentary late check-out to make up for our late arrival. The room was spotlessly clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the automated smart curtains were a great modern touchy. To top it off, the breakfast was fresh and delicious. We had a wonderfully comfortable stay and couldn't have asked for better service. Highly recommended!

Location is very close to the subway and just 2 stations away from the railway station. There is a mall that’s not so far. Breakfast is not bad.

The hotel staff were very welcoming and accommodating. They arranged for my family to stay on the same floor after I communicated this request in advance, which was great. When we were leaving, we ran into the housekeeping staff who kindly reminded us that it would rain later and advised us to take an umbrella.
