Nice and neat hotel with kids amenities. The kids play area and water park are awesome. The photography experience was very cool too. We all enjoyed ourselves.

Best hotel to stay few days with your family.

Hotsprings are great for relaxing especially in the evenings that's the main draw of this hotel. The hotel is clean and comfortable with beautiful surroundings. Recently this hotel was renovated after it was taken over by Howard Johnson. I think the facilities have increased or improved for kids (e.g. large play centre and water play area), but it was a little disappointing that hotel guests have to pay for it. The breakfast buffet has decreased in size and cannot say there was much change in quality. Anyway breakfast was pretty cheap and some fees are pretty low.

The ‘hot spring’ was an highlight, the bike ride ( yeah, electric for 24 hours) from next door bike hire, awesome. We had so much fun, could park the electric bikes without any hassle at the hotel bike park. Due to heavy rain we called the bike shop who agreed to pick them up by car the following day, without us having to take the back by ourselves. And the hotel was very helpful to leave them behind. Everyone , without fail, has been trained in customer service - it’s noticed! A wave and hello, always given whoever you pass. Yes, I would stay here happily again in the future! Ernst New Zealand

THe hotel was perfect with thermal pools and excellent staff. welcome and friendly personnel which we loved to be there together with my family.

Expansive breakfast included. Dinner was good, but the proximity to Hanling and the selection of restaurants was even better. Courteous and responsive staff. Pleasant surroundings. Clean room with good service. Afternoon fruit and water delivered to the room. By staying on this side of Dongqian Lake, we were encouraged to see more natural and less crowded sites. It really was a getaway. Now I need to go back in the fall or winter to see more sites and enjoy the hot springs.

The experience was very pleasant. I went there with my wife and daughter along with one more couple. We enjoyed our stay pretty much. The food in the Chinese restaurant on the second floor was very delicious. I wish the breakfast was a bit better. The hot spring area is amazing! With so many different hot springs it's pretty easy to find privacy with your family in friends. The room was clean and beautiful. There is an old village very close by when you can find many souvenirs and food, as well as to experience the spirit of the village walking the small streets aside from the main touristic alley. From the village you can get on a hiking trail and enjoy the beautiful nature around the lake. I will definitely visit the hotel again!

Stayed in the hotel for one day, but the trip was too short to have fun. The service was considerate, the environment was beautiful, and the time was peaceful. Travel during the off-peak summer vacation, a real recuperation vacation, the hotel has many entertainment activities, and it was unexpectedly comfortable to take a hot spring bath at night in this season. Dinner was later scheduled at the skylight barbecue, which was a strong experience. The next day, the breakfast was buffet, with many categories, and I ate my favorite noodles. I would like to thank housekeeper Susan for her care, and I will arrange the trip next time.

I must write a good review for this treasure hotel! It is so comfortable. I stocked up on hot spring tickets before. Today, I took my girlfriend to experience Erlingshan Hot Spring during off-peak travel. The hotel is now in the off-season and there are not many people. The experience has not declined at all. The room should have been air-conditioned in advance. As soon as I entered the room, I washed away the heat. All the staff were very polite. I forgot to bring swimming trunks. The hotel also has a small supermarket where I can buy them. The hot spring experience is especially good. Indoors, you can see that all the dead corners are cleaned very cleanly, decorated very beautifully, and the temperature is very comfortable. The hot spring scenery is very good and the greenery is good. The outdoor hot spring pool water is crystal clear. There are free fruit biscuits and drinks in the hot spring rest area. It is a comfortable holiday experience. I highly recommend it.

The hotel has a weekend lunch buffet special before August 25, 38 yuan for children and 108 yuan for adults. The price is indeed cheap, but the variety of meals is small and the quality is not good. Steamed swimming crabs are okay, but only a few come out after a long time, and you can't grab them at all. Don't eat the dish of fried swimming crabs, because there is no meat and it is not fresh. If there are spicy crayfish, it is recommended not to eat it. The gills are all black and the meat is empty. It is recommended that the selection of products must be checked. This quality will only lower the grade of the hotel. (I don't know how the dishes are for the evening buffet?) 4. It is recommended to train the level of the staff who fry steaks. It is really too old to bite, and the knife can't cut it. The lamb chops are too old to bite.
