Nice and neat hotel with kids amenities. The kids play area and water park are awesome. The photography experience was very cool too. We all enjoyed ourselves.

Best hotel to stay few days with your family.

Hotsprings are great for relaxing especially in the evenings that's the main draw of this hotel. The hotel is clean and comfortable with beautiful surroundings. Recently this hotel was renovated after it was taken over by Howard Johnson. I think the facilities have increased or improved for kids (e.g. large play centre and water play area), but it was a little disappointing that hotel guests have to pay for it. The breakfast buffet has decreased in size and cannot say there was much change in quality. Anyway breakfast was pretty cheap and some fees are pretty low.

The ‘hot spring’ was an highlight, the bike ride ( yeah, electric for 24 hours) from next door bike hire, awesome. We had so much fun, could park the electric bikes without any hassle at the hotel bike park. Due to heavy rain we called the bike shop who agreed to pick them up by car the following day, without us having to take the back by ourselves. And the hotel was very helpful to leave them behind. Everyone , without fail, has been trained in customer service - it’s noticed! A wave and hello, always given whoever you pass. Yes, I would stay here happily again in the future! Ernst New Zealand

THe hotel was perfect with thermal pools and excellent staff. welcome and friendly personnel which we loved to be there together with my family.

Expansive breakfast included. Dinner was good, but the proximity to Hanling and the selection of restaurants was even better. Courteous and responsive staff. Pleasant surroundings. Clean room with good service. Afternoon fruit and water delivered to the room. By staying on this side of Dongqian Lake, we were encouraged to see more natural and less crowded sites. It really was a getaway. Now I need to go back in the fall or winter to see more sites and enjoy the hot springs.

The experience was very pleasant. I went there with my wife and daughter along with one more couple. We enjoyed our stay pretty much. The food in the Chinese restaurant on the second floor was very delicious. I wish the breakfast was a bit better. The hot spring area is amazing! With so many different hot springs it's pretty easy to find privacy with your family in friends. The room was clean and beautiful. There is an old village very close by when you can find many souvenirs and food, as well as to experience the spirit of the village walking the small streets aside from the main touristic alley. From the village you can get on a hiking trail and enjoy the beautiful nature around the lake. I will definitely visit the hotel again!

It was a pleasant trip for the family with the elderly. Thanks to the housekeeper Xiao Luo for his considerate service. The hotel is very private, the environment is very quiet, the room is very comfortable, the hot spring is very comfortable, the mountain air in the morning is very fresh, and there is a large lawn, which is suitable for bringing children to play and sunbathe. I will continue to stay next time.

The hotel is pet-friendly, which is great! You can park at the door and there are plenty of parking spaces. The internal green environment is very good, the room is relatively spacious, and the housekeeper Xiaoying can patiently answer any questions you encounter. What I am not satisfied with is that there is a lot of dust in the room, the basin faucet will splash water when it is slightly turned on, and the bed is too soft, which is a bit uncomfortable for my waist.

The housekeeper is very considerate. He also delivers milk and Tremella soup in the evening. The hot springs are also great, suitable for short trips. It is nearby Dongqian Lake. It is really comfortable to ride a bicycle and take pictures.

This is my second time staying here. Before I checked in, my personal butler Jiang Pengfei carefully asked about my room requirements and introduced me to the surrounding environment. After I checked in, I had a really good experience. The room was spacious and quiet, the lobby staff was polite and enthusiastic, and the hot spring was right next door! The grove in the yard was ecologically quiet, and there were eight black swans in the lake, who greeted us with a quack.

The room is large and clean. The hotel has a good location. Turn left and you will see Hanling Old Street. It is also very close to Taogong Island and Xiaoputuo. In addition, the hotel has good service. There are healthy desserts every night. Problems can be solved in time.

Service: The overall service of the hotel is very good, the front desk responds promptly, and the service staff in the hotel are warm and polite. Personal butler: The personal butler is Jiang Pengyou. I added WeChat before departure and sent precautions in advance. After checking in, I also sent good night milk and white fungus soup, which is very warm. Others: There are bicycles for rent at the entrance of the hotel. You can borrow one to ride by the river and see the scenery. It feels good.
