During the Dragon Boat Festival, I came to Fenghua with my family and chose the Howard Johnson Huaqiao. The overall feeling of the hotel was good. The front desk upgraded us. The housekeeper Xiao Xiao was very warm and thoughtful, and also gave us rice dumplings. I will stay here again if I have the chance!

If you’re not needing the downtown CBD area, then this hotel isn’t for you. It’s difficult to find due to one-way streets, and all the drivers had trouble finding the entrance, which was always filled with several parked cars making it more difficult for drivers to enter/exit. The views in the room are all of other buildings across the street. However, the worst part of my experience was when the hotel disabled the air conditioning in the room in the middle of the night. When I complained, I was moved to a larger room that was literally 1 degree cooler, and an electric fan was placed in the bedroom. But between 1 and 4am, the room was sweltering, as many hotels are in smaller cities around China. I understand local brands doing this to save money, but this is an international brand. When I complained the second time, an employee told me Chinese people don’t like to sleep with the air conditioning on. I know that’s not true. Finally, the buffet breakfast was disappointing compared to other hotels of the same price/category. I won’t be returning.

The whole family came out to play. The overall feeling was very good. Someone greeted us as soon as we entered the door. The brothers and sisters at the front desk were very polite. The room was clean and tidy. The restaurant was rich and delicious. My daughter liked it very much

Stayed in the hotel for one day, but the trip was too short to have fun. The service was considerate, the environment was beautiful, and the time was peaceful. Travel during the off-peak summer vacation, a real recuperation vacation, the hotel has many entertainment activities, and it was unexpectedly comfortable to take a hot spring bath at night in this season. Dinner was later scheduled at the skylight barbecue, which was a strong experience. The next day, the breakfast was buffet, with many categories, and I ate my favorite noodles. I would like to thank housekeeper Susan for her care, and I will arrange the trip next time.
