Coffee machine needs cleaning and people who know how to use it. (Refill water or beans) Tables need better cleaning afterwards and faster ( maybe more staff) Clean trashcans in the lobby more often. Rooms need to be checked before people check in ( temperature wise) (centralized AC is not a good idea. Needs to be changed in May!!) Please add a proper secured!! Hotel Wifi. Kids play area was awesome and with a great location. All in all decent but definitely room for improvement.

The hotel lobby is grand, and the check-in waiter Xiao An is warm, thoughtful and polite. Here I give the waiter Xiao An a five-star rating. The guest rooms are clean and tidy, but the windows are not soundproof (single-layer glass). The hotel breakfast has a variety of varieties, including Chinese and Western pastries; southern and northern flavors, but some waiters do not smile to welcome guests, let alone enthusiasm, and two female waiters did not wear masks when operating.
