房前有小型停車場，落地玻璃窗房，一眼看到客廳，房齡年輕，裝修風格現代，衞生。住三樓沒有電梯，小哥幫忙提行李。從住房眺窗外就是湖景，可惜正好沒有晨霧。若有地暖冬天會更舒服一些。

家庭房在四樓、頂樓，只有一個房間，私密性很好。房間寬敞、衞生。有一個大平台，從平台看出去的景色也很不錯。
不足之處：
1. 房間內只有一張小的雙人沙發，建議提供兩張椅子。
2. 淋浴時會有水漏到外面的衞生間，會造成馬桶一側有積水。
3. 早餐有粥、小菜、豆漿、油條、煮雞蛋、玉米、南瓜、山芋、饅頭，多碳水，可以考慮更加多樣化的早餐。

就在西津野渡遊船碼頭附近，步行十分鐘之內路程。老闆熱情，不僅細心解答各種問題，幫忙指路，還幫忙協調車子充電資源；早餐晚餐口味較好，感覺簡單而温馨。

還可以吧，性價比一般，環境不錯，下樓走走就可以到湖邊看景色，小菜做的不錯，就是覺得有點不爽，一杯梅子酒比我後來住的民宿貴了150%呵呵

晚上到的早晨起來發現民宿位置不錯，安靜，從窗口可以看到遠山和小湖。房間不小，傢俱配置齊全，還有電動窗簾。皖南川藏線值得自駕。
