環境：環境優美，酒店坐落在雁蒼山上，青山環繞
服務：服務周到，會有專門管家幫忙提行李到房間
房內温泉私湯：泡湯很方便
暑期帶着爸媽和小孩來避暑，是個很好的選擇！

房間很大，位置也不錯，山林植被環繞，很適合旅遊度假！管家小朱也很貼心，服務很主動周到，給我們帶來了良好的體驗！
唯一美中不足的，就是房間內的桌子，以及陽台的温泉凳，實在是有些臟，擦了一下甚至濕巾都發黑，其他地方衞生還是可以的，這個希望今後的保潔衞生工作能夠改進一下就更好了～

房間是親子房，兩個孩子可以單獨睡樓上一人一張單人床，還有獨立廁所。窗台上還有獨立温泉泡池。前台服務員小葛還很貼心的幫忙把遺落的拖鞋寄回。唯一的問題是天氣原因山裡太潮濕了，房間裏都是一股味。

因為2020年就來過漢雅開元温泉酒店了，記得那個時候還沒有完全修整好，有些美中不足。這次想着週末再帶小朋友出來玩，還是選擇了這裏。
的確這次來風景，配套等等都更完善啦。
服務：從一開始停車就有師傅耐心引導，熱情歡迎。到前台還送了爆米花，抽了個獎，送小朋友一個飛機。小朋友別提有多開心啦。特別感謝前台小姐姐還給我們升了房型，變成了親子房。
特別是酒店的小何，喂小羊的時候，他在幫忙給小朋友分葉子特別熱情,後來去做香囊也碰到他，真是全能型。非常耐心，感謝，小朋友也特別喜歡這個叔叔。所以想特別提一下，感謝他
房間：乾淨整潔、寬敞。還配有室外的小私湯，晚上看着月亮泡着温泉，太讚了👍
環境：户外草地開闊平坦，很適合小朋友玩耍，還有小羊瘋狂吃草，特別可愛[偷笑]
性價比很高，下次有機會會再來的
