什麼垃圾酒店，東西忘記拿了，直接給客户丟了，也沒給打一個電話過問就幫丟了，沒讓你們理賠，連最基本的道歉都沒有，還説不是貴重的東西就不留着，貴重的才會幫留，説的理直氣壯的，垃圾玩意，！，！大過年的，沒什麼好祝賀的，就祝賀你這酒店早日關門大吉吧！不用謝
