湖景房房間就臨湖，樓下就是環湖大道，景色不錯，民宿設施老舊很一般，隔音差，晚上一直咚咚聲持續到1點左右，除了自己房間馬桶一會嘩啦一聲隔壁房間聲音也很明顯，我反正一晚未睡，早上好好問阿姨請問大概多久能上餐我們時間比較緊被阿姨誤解並且兇了，還説把其他人的先給我了，什麼先來後到，我也衹是問問，想要掌握時間出發，並沒有催！辣椒裏有頭髮，餐廳人多我老公讓我不要坑聲，他忍着吃下去了，我放下了，吃了我女兒那一碗，都是景區體驗感真的差洱海的民宿太多，小哥哥小姐姐態度是不錯的，推薦去坐了船，價格也合理因為天氣不好而且是下午沒有花，有提前告知，是我們自己堅持選擇坐的，雖然沒有花，坐船體驗也不錯，湖面拍照漂亮，想要看花記得早上去，我有啥説啥，真實感受也別聯繫我改評論！

房間比較乾淨，但是沒有電梯，拎箱子走樓梯特別麻煩。請前台一個男服務員幫忙拎箱子上樓，辦個入住手續的時間，人就沒影兒了，最後還是自己拎箱子爬三樓。前台太懶，回答問題也是答非所問。
