The moment we walked in to the hotel lobby, we were greeted by the amazing view of the lake. The lobby was also very pretty.
The hotel gives a welcome high tea set upon arrival. There's also a free photoshoot with professional photographers, so bring pretty clothes. They give 5 free original photos and you can add on for edited ones.
Every staff always answer our questions sincerely and go the extra mile for every small request we make. Special shout-out to our butler，二车， who came over specially to check in on us when he heard from housekeeping that we are checking out earlier due to change in our plans and also made arrangements to serve our breakfast earlier as we have an early itinerary.
The rooms are nice, and we face the lake directly. The room also gave eye masks, face masks and they even have a hair straightener in the room. Toilet comes w bidet as well.

When you check in in the afternoon, you will be served a beautiful afternoon tea, allowing you to chat while looking at the lake view. When you come back from the party in the evening, you can have another sesame glutinous rice dumpling, which is super happy!
The little sister also provided a lot of useful travel suggestions and a very cute hand-drawn map and introduction to Lugu Lake.
The supplies in the room smell very good, the bath is very comfortable, and the shelves are all made of real wood, which smells great. However, the smart butler sometimes suddenly stops responding.

GGuest UserThe best, newest and largest hotel in Sanjiacun. The room is not big, but very clean, with separate dry and wet areas. There is a 2-meter large bed and a 1.5-meter bed, which is very suitable for bringing children. The deluxe parent-child room has the highest floor and the balcony has a beautiful view.
The housekeeper will contact you in advance to inform you of the specific location and help you with your luggage when you arrive.
Sanjia Village is not big, so living here is very quiet and there are fewer people. It is a better experience than the nearby Daluoshui Village. There are restaurants, coffee and supermarkets around, so basic life is satisfied.
The only thing I regret is the hotel's breakfast, which is relatively simple. Breakfast is served until 9:30, with very few varieties, only eggs, steamed buns, corn, sweet potatoes and rice noodles. By 9 o'clock, there was no milk left, and soy milk was bottomed out. The key is that there are still many residents coming to the restaurant to eat. They only eat boiled rice noodles, and the taste is average. Fortunately, the boiled corn and sweet potatoes are very sweet.
The hotel is beautiful. My only suggestion is to improve the quality of the breakfast. After all, the room fee is more than one thousand.

ZZealAfter arriving at the property, I realised it was worth having a lake view room, so I upgraded to the Double Bed with Lake View and bathtub. The room is huge and the view of the lake from the windows is spectacular. It was amazing to just sit by the window and enjoy the view and the breeze. In the morning I watched the sunrise through the window.
The hotel has excellent service. The two young men at reception were very kind, helpful and gentlemanly. They insisted on carrying my small bag up to the third floor and happily resolved all my queries.
The cleanliness was not bad, but there were a few strands of hair around the room. Otherwise it was clean. There were lots of amenities, the bed was extremely comfortable and the rain shower was perfect.
Downstairs, you could step directly onto the lake, and the property has two very cute cats.
The Lake View Double Room came with an in room afterboon tea (very much needed after the long journey to reach Lugu Lake) and a healthy Chinese style breafast.
All up, an extremely comfortable stay and one of the highlights of my trip to China.

SSchmoniWe enjoyed our stay here very much. The hotel is on the shores of Lugu Lake and it’s easy to organize boat tours or drives around the lake from here.
The facilities are very modern and we felt very comfortable during our stay.
We came during Christmas time, and there were not many visitors (it’s probably low season). Also note that during this time, restaurants will mostly be closed in the area. The hotel can cook for you and the chef can make delicious meals!
For vegetarians (like me), it was a little more difficult to find different options around this time, since people mostly rely on meat.
If you are looking for peace and quiet, Lugu Lake is the place to be!
