I visited Lugu Lake for 2 days and booked a family room for 2 nights in this hotel. The hotel is located in Daluoshui Village, along the shore of Lugu Lake, with a good viewing location. After arriving at the property, I realised it was worth having a lake view room, so I upgraded to the Double Bed with Lake View and bathtub. The room is huge and the view of the lake from the windows is spectacular. It was amazing to just sit by the window and enjoy the view and the breeze. In the morning I watched the sunrise through the window. The hotel has excellent service. The two young men at reception were very kind, helpful and gentlemanly. They insisted on carrying my small bag up to the third floor and happily resolved all my queries. The cleanliness was not bad, but there were a few strands of hair around the room. Otherwise it was clean. There were lots of amenities, the bed was extremely comfortable and the rain shower was perfect. Downstairs, you could step directly onto the lake, and the property has two very cute cats. The Lake View Double Room came with an in room afterboon tea (very much needed after the long journey to reach Lugu Lake) and a healthy Chinese style breafast. All up, an extremely comfortable stay and one of the highlights of my trip to China.

The staff are warm and thoughtful, polite, and will give tourists very good travel suggestions. Three meals a day can be delivered to the room, and there is also Tremella soup for free in the evening. You can also ask them for help with some small things. It is a very humane service. My mother said that the most happy thing about coming to Lugu Lake is to book this hotel. Of course, the view in the room is also excellent. You can see the blue lake water, and if you are lucky at night, there will be beautiful sunsets. It is very close to the Pulo Pier, which can be reached in a few minutes on foot. There are small trails and the scenery is very good.

The housekeeper Ba Jin provided thoughtful service, carried the luggage up and down, and introduced the room facilities. The room was large and clean. When the curtains were opened, the beautiful view of Lugu Lake was visible. It was worth staying here. Although there were not many breakfast options, the coffee tasted mellow, the rice noodles were delicious, and the milk and soy milk met our needs. We arrived late and didn't have time for afternoon tea, so we changed to midnight snacks. The cantaloupe was fresh, crispy and sweet, and the dried fruits and tea were delicious.

For a window, I took my bestie and traveled more than 2,300 kilometers to Qianshanji, Lugu Lake. After arriving, I felt that this trek in the heavy rain was worth it. The hotel is located in an excellent location, Sanjia Village, Lugu Lake. Even if it is 80 meters away from the lake for environmental protection, it still has the best horizontal view. Compared with the popular Daluoshui Village, the scenery is more beautiful and far away from all the worldly noise. It is the only choice to find inner peace in the plateau lake. The hotel interior design is full of sense, and the room supporting appliances are amazing. In addition to a full set of Parma water toiletries, there will be cleansing towels, makeup remover towels and bangs stickers in the toiletries bag! Women, do you understand? ! The hotel's supporting services are also very good. The staff set up a housekeeper group a few days in advance to explain the relevant matters of check-in. In the group, any questions will be answered immediately. The hotel provides free pick-up and drop-off within 5 kilometers (within 5 kilometers to Daluoshui), and can help with chartering a car for a tour around the lake. Because the flight was cancelled, the hotel also helped to book a car directly to Lijiang Airport for departure in the early morning. The staff are always patient and considerate, and the sense of happiness is full. Before coming here, I actually hesitated between Qianshanji and several other top hotels in Lugu Lake (because the window views are a bit similar), but reading recent customer reviews, I found that Qianshanji's team is a growing team that is very good at solving problems. For example, because of environmental protection policies, the hotel cannot be built near the lake, so they planted flowers on the small road at the door, the lawn in front of the courtyard is flat, and there is also a front desk puppy shepherd dog Shuangxi to play with. For example, some people complained that their afternoon tea and catering were not good, not as good as other hotels, but when we arrived, there were handmade cakes, lotus root and pork ribs soup, and wild mushroom chicken pot, which were also delicious. The hotel did not rely on its location and scenery to rest on its laurels, nor did it try to create a popular hotel by making a photo shoot and then slack off on service. The team that constantly improves on details will definitely provide the best stay experience. We spent a few unforgettable days and look forward to seeing you again.

The back door of the hotel is facing the main street, so you don't have to drag your luggage to go far after getting off the bus. The sign is obvious and it is very easy to find. The room is very large, the bathroom is dry and wet, the smart toilet, the first time I stayed in the hotel, I used a separate package of towels, a great accommodation experience, I will definitely recommend friends to live.

They are all about 200 meters next to the hotel. There are also specialties such as stone pot fish, stone pot chicken, wood-fired turkey, etc. They are all conveniently located near the hotel. You can walk to them in a few minutes without worrying about driving around. In short, everything about this hotel has met my expectations for this trip, including its location, hotel environment, room decoration style, facilities and equipment, hygiene, and the warm service attitude of the staff. It exceeded my expectations.

The only disadvantage may be that it is far from the entrance of the scenic area, but there are fixed-time shuttle buses every day, which is convenient for guests coming from Lijiang by bus.
