這家酒店退按金之艱難，早上我們七點半就退房了，然後遲遲不退按金，我們打了第一個電話，他説八點上班後退，然後八點沒退，然後接着我們九點十點一直打電話，他那邊前台一直咬定説顯示已經退了，但實際上並沒有到賬，最後我加了那個前台的微信，還是把我的銀行的收付款記錄發給他。然後才給我退款，可能他們也是被我逼的沒法掩蓋了，才退的按金。

房間衞生及環境很好。五一假期出遊的，比平時貴100元左右。停車方便，不遠處有羌族文化園。早餐不錯，種類很多，味道很好。

怕蚊子要四樓房間，結果房間空調不製冷，打電話換房間後沒有用空調，不瞭解空調情況；洗浴熱水不穩定，忽冷忽熱，一個房間沒有洗髮水，衹有護髮素；好在酒店外部環境不錯，房間也挺大，床軟硬適度，裝修也挺好，衞生間乾濕三分離非常方便。

空調壞了沒有提前通知我們，第一個房間花灑壞了，修了半天沒修好，沒有空調很熱打電話投訴才給我們換房間，一間刷開裏面還有兩個工作人員。還有一間刷開裏面有一個半瓶水。無語住了，整個酒店感覺管理混亂。

位置在景區裏面 環境幽靜 有停車場停車方便
房間寬敞
晚上不到8點到的酒店 就前台一個人
房間沒拖鞋 浴室沒地巾 電視機開不了機 WIFI不提示密碼 配了撥不通的電話機 有問題都要去喊

酒店位於寧強羌博園內，隔壁就是寧強縣博物館。地理位置優越，但是入住後狀況不斷，都讓人哭笑不得。匆忙開業給入住客人的體驗非常不好，早餐應該説不錯，有寧強當地的麻辣雞和麪皮，熱菜品種多樣，但是服務人員就像餐廳的温度一樣比較冷。總之，欠缺的實在太多，需要好好培訓吧。
