Hotels near Community Garden, Ninh Binh

A good place to hide away from the busy Hanoi. Green scenery, quiet environment, with an old Northern Vietnam village housing style. Some room amenities need better maintenance. The restaurant in the resort is fine. But for more local authentic meals (and cheaper too), there are local restaurants 100m away from the resort entrance, where both resort guests and local area residents go. It's also recommended during your stay to pay short visits to the nearby attractions (beside the well-known Trang An or Tam Coc): Van Long wetland nature reserve (walking distance), and Chau Son holy mother monastery (18km).

One of the best Hotel in Vietnam . Not beacuse of concrete and finishing , because of The Reed people .. Awesome stay . Special thanks to quen for such a fantastic international skills and communication. The breakfast spread was great . We were greeted so well with early checkin around 12 .

Located in the center of Ningping, it should be regarded as the first few hotels in the local area. The greening is very good, the facilities are complete, and the sanitation is good, but the decoration is old, there are not many sockets, and the room area is really not small.

I happened to see MH Cherish when looking for a hotel in the downtown area of Ninh Binh for a family of 4 (with a 9-month baby). The hotel is located in a quiet area, brings a pleasant feeling. Staff are extremely enthusiastic and ready to assist guests. The rooms are bright and airy. The room price is quite good, in line with the quality.

I chose this one to see Chang'an and a series of places of interest Large room size The balcony with its own view is good The boss can speak Chinese and English As a Vietnamese-speaking person. It is rare to feel kind in a foreign country When I finally returned to Hanoi Because the bus was late. This resort is set at the foot of limestone rock, like a land version of Ha Long bay. It is the most beautiful oasis of calm, located down a long lane and features quirky accommodation types from bamboo huts on stilts to converted buses! The rooms are positioned around a big lake and landscaped gardens which are exceptionally well kept. We stayed in one of the thatched huts which had a lake view. The room was perfect - plenty of space including a hanging rail and wardrobe for clothes, plus big bathroom / wet room. There were a few mozzy’s but the room had an electric fly swat if you were quick enough to catch them. Our favourite thing to do was to sit on the terrace with a coffee in the morning and soak up the view! We also liked the fact there were picnic benches dotted around the lake if you wanted to sit and chill. The other thing to mention is that there’s Wi-Fi connectivity everywhere you go around the resort which is really handy. There are 2 improvements this resort could make which I feel would really positively impact them. One is the food… whilst there are a vast array of menu options, I think it would work in their favour to offer fewer but better quality dishes. The breakfast would also benefit from fresh pastries and bread options. Secondly, whilst the pool is absolutely stunning (it really is picture perfect overlooking the lake), there are only 5 sun beds which, during really busy periods, means there’s nowhere to relax in the sun once they’re all taken (the picnic benches are under trees which suits their purpose). A little jetty out onto the lake with additional beds would be fabulous! The hotel is situated near a few towns, all of which are accessible (and cheap) by taxi which the hotel can call for you. I would definitely recommend staying here for a few days, it’s perfect to relax and unwind!

10/10 Detailed review from an American. Room: clean, modern, upscale. Western-style furniture. Spacious beds. Nice furniture, free toothbrushes and combs, lovely bathroom facilities. Noise level: PEACEFUL and QUIET! Relaxing, if you want to escape the city noise. It is the countryside after all. You can see water buffalo herds in the fields nearby if you take a walk outside the hotel. I can watch them from my hotel window. Staff and service: AMAZING! So friendly and helpful and honest hardworking staff. Won't cheat or scam. Use google translate if needed. Honestly the staff made our stay so good we extended the stay an extra day. Ask them for local recommendations (they don't get a kickback from any recommendations so its all genuine) Food: RECOMMENDED! Especially for travelers afraid of getting food poisoning or upset stomach from street food. Restaurant quality, home-cooked/cooked-to-order meal. Clean kitchen facility. Good prices, cheap. Made with love, the manager herself cooked a lot of the meals for us and they were delicious (for reference, im vietnamese-american so in my humble opinion, the authenticity is excellent and pleasing to a western palate as well. Personal Recommendation: Want a nice dinner thats still authentic? Order your food and eat outdoors in the cool of the evening, try the barbeque-it-yourself beef and goat. Delicious, hand-marinated quality beef cuts and goat, and they give you a little tabletop BBQ pit for you to bbq your meat just how you like it. Order some side dishes and its a great and fun family meal. If you want to and the staff aren't busy, they can bbq it for you if you want, but I think its fun to do it yourself. The location is out in the countryside but don't be alarmed because the hotel is a short drive from the main city center and tourist spots. The bad: - The beer is warm lol. They should refrigerate it. - Tip: if you ask for ”wine”, note that its vietnamese hard liquor, not the western understanding of wine (grapes). - There's a stupid rooster nearby from one of the local farms and it likes to crow all day. If you stay in the downstairs rooms you might be able to hear it, but if you stay in the upper floors you can't hear it. Would stay again.

I have been travelling for around 6 weeks now and this is by far the best homestay that I’ve stayed in whilst being here. The rooms are extremely spacious with A/C, the pool was lovely and the location is superb. The ladies that runs this homestay needs her own paragraph because she is phenomenal, whether it’s recommending places to go or helping with any day to day issues you may have she is always on hand to help. Our bus out of Ninh Binh was a late one but she let us keep the room all day free of charge because of how hot it was. Not only this, when we left she provided us with water and snacks to take with us. She is an absolute credit to the homestay and I cannot praise this absolute gem of a place to stay enough.
