The room is new and well decorated to the minor details. We love to overlook the trees outside the rooms and beautiful flowers inside the room. Has both aircon and fan for your choices. The host are so attentive and caring. They drop us at the train station the day we leave. We highly recommended this place that you will feel warmly welcome at home 😀

Very good little hotel in the city center, a little far from the activities, but in the heart of local life, the owners are very friendly, and offer a small restaurant as well as an excellent coffee.

The owner was very friendly and helpful, providing laundry (fee only), room guidance, and even lending me his car for a reasonable price for sightseeing on the day.
They also provided bicycle rentals and tour application assistance, which can be requested on the morning of the day, so I recommend them to people who weren't able to apply for a tour from Hanoi.
They took me to all the major tourist spots I wanted to visit in Ninh Binh, and I was grateful that they even dropped me off at the station.

A great little homestay in Ninh Binh town run by a super friendly family. The room was clean and spacious and everything worked well. It's about a 10 minute walk to the station, and perhaps 15 minutes to the downtown. Overall a nice stay - recommended.
