The staff are nice.
The cleanliness is a bit... the baby vomited on the bed sheets, so I took the sheets off...
Wow...I don't know if it's a blood stain or a mold stain...I'm blindfolded.

Amazing hotel with the best service
We had such an amazing time staying here ! The receptionist, Sien, was so helpful and sweet. I believe the reception desk is staffed 24 hours, she was there when we got in late and at breakfast as well. She went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay. She also helped us with bike rental and laundry. The room was very comfortable and clean. We only wish we were staying here longer

Ancora una volta le recensioni su Hotels non sono veritiere. Alberghetto moooolto easy, vecchio e che sarebbe da rifare da capo a piedi. Unica, poco, nota positiva è la cordialità dell'unica receptionist che parla inglese..... gli altri membri dello staff zero. Colazione assai scarna e... da attendere (ordini e attendi orologio alla mano minimo 45 minuti....) livello pulizia accettabile, per il resto meglio trovare alternative.

This is for the booking Nov 9-11. Horrible customer service. Avoid his hotel or you'll regret! Sold our room and lied about our booking. They were totally uncooperative and treated us so bad. They didn't apologize after found our booking. We had to book another hotel on our own.

Avoid this hotel if you don't want to ruin your vacation. We booked and paid 3 months in advance through Traveloka. We arrived and they sold our room to other people. Their explanation drives me mad and I wish to record video to post here. They said they will cancel our booking, refund without charge cancel fee, we need to look for another hotel since no more room. I asked to talk to manager but she said no magement three to talk since it is family business and just ignore us. I wish I can give 0 star rate for so unresponsive hotel.

We overall liked it , good service , but location wise , far away from city and action ...hence not recommended for tourists ..but service was good , food a bit Spartan...not value for money ..they charged 810000 dongs for 3 pax , per night , via Agoda ..price should have been 600000 dongs for 3 pax .
