Great luxurious ski resort. Excellent service as expected from Ritz. Rooms were very clean. Breakfast and dinner provided were great as well. The outdoor onsen was amazing, coupled with the falling snow making it even more magical.

I have been skiing in Niseko many times. This is my first summer visit and my first time staying at this hotel. The room is spacious and comfortable, the service is good, and the food is good. It's just a pity that the garden of the outdoor bath is not well maintained and does not match the feeling of a high-end hotel.

It is recommended that timely Chinese services be provided to customers who are not good at English. The transportation is not convenient. It would be best if the airport bus and resort shuttle bus could go directly to the hotel. I hope the hotel can accept transportation suggestions!

Ski in ski out is very convenient for those of us who come specifically to ski. The service is super good, from catering to ski rental and ski equipment facilities. The hotel's outdoor hot spring is also very good and there are few people. It is a must-have after skiing every day.

Niseko Higashiyama Resort, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve I have just completed another ten-day trip to Japan. I am traveling to Hokkaido again after five years. Every time I have to find a new itinerary to try, this time I chose Niseko. Because it is located deep in the mountains, in order to avoid trouble, we directly booked a hotel and two meals. Hot spring hotels are very common, but this is the first time for a five-star hotel. I made a reservation for the spa for my wife in advance, but it was only available at noon on the day of check-in. The hotel was very considerate and allowed me to check in early. In this way, I spent twenty-four hours fully charged for the next trip.

Hardware facilities are online and breakfast is delicious

There is only one bus to the city and very little time. And the bus also stops at the door. You have to walk on your own. The room really only feels like a 4 star. It's so expensive, it's really better to live in Hirafu or Park Hyatt. And the important thing is that there are two restaurants over there. I had western food which was not very tasty and not cheap. I had very low expectations. I thought it wouldn't be that bad in a star-rated hotel, but it was really not good. It's really not as good as ramen.

The hotel service is very good, and they also rent ski equipment, which is more convenient, but they do not provide free pick-up and drop-off services.

It’s still good, maybe it’s better to come in winter

As expected of a Ritz-Carlton, the service is meticulous, considerate and warm. The lobby is very unique and the food is delicious. The room is quite big, and it’s very comfortable to lie on the window sill and look at the snowy scenery outside!
