Negative point is the bathroom, which looks like a cabin, is very small, someone who is overweight cannot enter. Everything else was perfect.

Of all the trips I've ever taken, this was by far the worst in terms of stay. Unfortunately, I do not recommend Resort Praia Bonita. In fact, it has the physical structure of a cinema, but my experience was terrible. Not to go into detail, I had room problems that required changing, after hours of waiting and a lot of bureaucracy for something theoretically simple. The breakfast is not consistent in variety and quality for the resort it purports to be. Anyway, I don't recommend it.

The accommodations are excellent, the bedroom is spacious, has a good refrigeration and the beds are comfortable. The food is delicious (as well as the dessert) and the staff is kind and ready to help you. You can even order specific foods for your babies. The swimming pool extends through the whole length of the hotel, which is awesome, and there is a funny team that play with the kids.

The location is awesome (in front of the beach and with a beautiful lake in the back, but maintenance and lack of attention to details makes it suffer (the jacuzzi in the room was leaking, the the mattress was crooked and the bedspread was pretty old and torn). During the holiday the service also suffered from the excess of guests but when most people was gone, the space started to shine.

Good food. Caring staff. Location near the natural pools of Camurupim. Nice swimming pool. Good price

Single mattress on the floor, stained/dirty bedding, shower box that barely fits one person, no large shower, just shower, hallways and "games room" with a bad smell (sewage), restaurant with wet chairs and floor, few waiters, not enough tables, no action was taken when we requested the single bed. They sell it as a resort, but it is far from that.

Summary: I HAVE ATTACHED PHOTOS TO PROVE IT. 1. Worst bathroom I've ever seen in a hotel. You bathe in a time capsule. 2. Extremely amateurish to call it a resort. Neglectful service. 3. Few staff, I had to carry my bags to the room. I paid 25.00 per day for parking and I didn't even find anyone to open the exit a few times. I arrived at the room at 4:00 pm and the room was the same as when I left for the beach. 4.Good food. 5. Old installations. I would never go back.

My husband, I and one child have been going to this hotel for approximately 5 years. We normally go 4 times a year, except in 2020 and 2021 (pandemic). We noticed some changes (good and bad). During this last stay, we noticed that the reception staff are mostly new and have little customer service; that the rooms need general maintenance (items that are broken and/or difficult to use); and that environmental care needs to improve (birds trapped in cages, a lot of use of plastic in the restaurant, lack of bins to separate waste for recycling). But what displeased us most was having paid a lot for a room (which had broken items) and still having to pay for parking (They innovated this year with this charge). But the hotel also had its strengths, the recreation team still enjoys interacting with the children, but the novice portion of the team needs to dedicate themselves more. Another strong point is the food... every time we go the food and drinks improve. Full board is worth it.

You cannot call this hotel a resort. I stayed on a Tuesday and the only entertainment was bingo that lasted 10 minutes. The lunch, which was a buffet when I paid upon arrival, was a la carte with few options. Very poor dinner and breakfast buffet. If you don't arrive early, just take what's left because replacing it is difficult there. I arrived at the cafe at 8 am, the hard cheese bread was like a rock and I asked for a new one for my daughter and the answer was that I would heat it up in the microwave as I wouldn't replace it. Terrible bathroom with a small shower that doesn't heat up properly.

One day, it may have been classified as a resort, but not anymore. Weak and tumultuous breakfast. Bathroom with broken sink and collapsing cabinet. I had to ask for maintenance on the shower twice. I witnessed an employee arguing with a guest and the guest was in the right. Decadent hotel. Hope you get better soon.
