The staff was super friendly and very helpful. I called down for extra bath towels and they were delivered within minutes. The hot tub was out of service during our stay but those things happen and can’t always be controlled by the hotel. The kids absolutely loved the slide and spending time in the pool. Only complaint I’d have there is that the pool towels were super small, we just doubled up and made it work. Not really a big issues. Breakfast was also included in our reservation and it was great. Good variety and included bacon/sausage and eggs. The space for breakfast was nice and open and lots of seating. I would definitely stay here again.

Location is close to the airport and close to the location where we need to go. But it’s definitely far from the city centre.

The Holiday Inn Express at the Edmonton International Airport was very nice! The rooms were super clean with comfortable beds which made the stay a good one. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was much better than most other complimentary breakfasts I've had at other hotels.

It's okay to stay for 3 days. The price is not expensive. The breakfast is okay. It's close to the outlet.

Arrived here temporarily due to flight delays. There is an airport shuttle, the shuttle is old but the driver is very friendly. Due to the impromptu flight, the front desk was also very helpful in calling a shuttle bus. It happened to be extremely cold and it was difficult to take a taxi. Just in time to catch the plane, thank you very much 👍 The bedding is hygienic. Didn't have time to eat breakfast.

The rooms were loud with hallway noise - so many kids up and loud in the halls past 11pm. Walls had blood or food stain next to the bed. Water was cold for half of the shower before it warmed up

Friendly staff and the continental breakfast was fresh and topped up. The tables were cleaned almost immediately .

It was ok. Tv remote was terrible. Hot breakfast was cold and tasteless. Too bad. I’m a fan of Holiday Inn. Never had a complaint before. But the bed was comfortable.

Perfect spot for an airport stay. Helpful staff, clean and comfortable room, and reasonable price.

This hotel needs some updating. Our bathroom was in terrible condition. The drains were clogged and any area that could be rusty, was. The shampoo and condition were also clogged and not usable.

The hotel was just fine for a night before an early morning flight. I wish we had a way to have known the included breakfast didn't start until 6:30 on weekends - no food was available before we had to leave for the airport. The waterslide was a hit with the kids, so overall things were fine.

This place was clean and the breakfast was so good! The price was great as well! Super comfortable beds!
