The hotel has an elegant reception and you are welcomed with extreme kindness. The room, although small, is clean and welcoming. The only flaw is the carpet which is a known vehicle for allergens. But apparently it is clean and well-kept. Towels and sheets replaced daily. Excellent buffet breakfast ranging from sweet to savory, both fresh and canned fruit; supply of gluten-free products. Kindness and care for the customer reign supreme. Highly recommended.

The hotel food was fantastic. However, the bed and even the pillows were VERY hard. I’ve never experienced hard pillows so I’m curious how they accomplished that. Hard enough that we had trouble sleeping. The bathroom shower was tiny and the elevator was accessible only after a half flight of stairs. Obnoxious with suitcases and next to impossible if you have trouble walking. It was clean and inviting but I wouldn’t go back and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone due to the beds and pillows especially but also the placement of the elevator. Also, unless you are a small/thin person, you will struggle in the shower due to its very small size. I’m 5’3” and 148 lbs and didn’t have problem. However, some of the bigger men and women had problems. Not what I would call a comfortable place to stay. But again, it was clean and it was safe. We went with a group and the comments above were universal among all of us.
