The hotel was great, great location, very clean. Today when we woke up to shower there was no hot water and then the water barely trickled out so we had to leave with no shower. We’ve stayed there before with no issues. Sounds like they had problems Saturday and though the issue was resolved.

Nice hotel being close to Ruoff Music Center. Cheap & clean. Elevator is a little sketchy but otherwise it’s good for a concert stay. There’s also a gentleman who runs a shuttle to and from the venue that’s very convenient!

My daughter and I were in town to see Janet Jackson at the Ruoff Music Center. I booked this hotel based on reviews and previous pleasant experiences at other Holiday Inn Express locations. If I go down for another concert, I will pick this place again. It's clean and modern; and there's free breakfast, wifi, a fitness room, and a pool (though the pool isn't very big and there is no hot tub). I know there are other services and benefits too, but those are the ones we used. The room was nice, relaxing, and clean. There was a microwave, fridge, and a hairdryer. I slept well and enjoyed staying there. I don't have much to say about the staff because we didn't interact with them much. In fact, we had to hunt someone down just to check-in when we got there. No problems with anyone, but interaction was pretty basic and bare minimum. Not necessarily a bad thing (it's not like I wanted to chat it up with anyone and I liked just being able to go about my business). I guess I'm just neutral regarding the staff. Overall, I'm very happy that we stayed here and I would stay there again.

Jennifer K from the front desk is awesome. She went above and beyond to help me. My daughter left her clothes in the bedside drawers. When we called her the following morning after we left, she got it taken cared of and even has it mailed to us free of charge. She also followed up with the Manager Andrew regarding a gift card that I want to use even without me asking. Jennifer’s customer service is just top notch. May her tribe increase!
