The hotel was great, great location, very clean. Today when we woke up to shower there was no hot water and then the water barely trickled out so we had to leave with no shower. We’ve stayed there before with no issues. Sounds like they had problems Saturday and though the issue was resolved.

Worth the extra money to be within walking distance of the Ruoff Center! Hotel is defintitely geared toward the event center. Fast check-in. Staff is friendly and is always on the move. The room was very clean but definitely used. Only real negative to our stay was that the breakfast was cleaned up 30 minutes prior to the listed ending time. Luckily, there are several restaurants close by.

Nicely decorated room, quiet, clean and comfortable bed. Two TVs, separated area in a small living room type area, didn't have to watch TV only from bed.

I stayed here after seeing a concert at the Ruoff Center. Clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities I needed. The staff were great, too

Hotel did sanding directly across from my door. Dust was everywhere. So noisy I had to leave. The food, shrimp scampi tasted like dishwater with a hint of ammonia and the shrimp had to have been freezer burned. It was rubbery. The room furniture needs upgrading.

checked in on line then had to recheck in st hotel.
the property is getting old. needs a big time revamp.
sink in bathroom cracked, had to ask for maid service.
air conditioning in work out room not working .
Breakfast was average, but the gentleman running the breakfast did a good job, working with what he had. The bar area staff were great.
